TK Maxx is a breath of fresh air and never fails to deliver. Whether you go in just to browse or with the intention of buying one thing, you always end up leaving with more than you planned. It’s always a positive experience – the staff are consistently attentive and helpful, which makes shopping there a pleasure. Highly recommend.
Great products at great prices, there is always something for everyone. I bought a very good cookbook and a pizza wheel , that was a bargain at £2.50 !!
Big tk maxx lots of items for everyone’s needs not ever packed so you can have a good look round in your own time. Staff are good young and helpful. They do home furnishings and bedding to clothing including designer brands. Definitely worth a look if you are in the neighbourhood. Loads of parking outside so easy access.
Large TK-Maxx store, lots of stock and usually quite quiet - makes for a nicer browsing experience. Found some really lovely New Balance windbreakers recently. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I bought an egg chair from the Chesterfield branch and the staff were amazing. The chair didn't fit in my car and so staff took it to pieces and helped me load it. I can't thank them enough, fantastic customer service. Thank you

Always a good selection of male shirts. Not so good for mens shoes though. However I always end up at the till each visit.
A nice selection of items especially in the kitchen and beauty/ bathroom sections. Some nice clothes but not a great size range, for clothes would possibly advise looking at their online store for larger sizes. Store is clean amd staff and helpful.
My daughter loved an emerald green sofa in the chesterfield store when we visited a week ago. We wanted to buy it for her as a surprise. I phoned to check it was available. Amy couldn’t have been more helpful. Mentioned there was an identical sofa flat packed went to the trouble of measuring the box . Offered advice on delivery and storage. Phoned and went back a couple of days later and spoke to Louise. She reserved the sofa for me until I could get in. Again she was so helpful checking the flat pack was the right one checking they could store it until I could pick it up. Can’t thank both Amy and Louise enough so pleasant and super helpful. One happy daughter!! Customer service at its best .
