   Can't praise enough. Friendly and helpful, no pressure to buy and gave us good support. We bought a nice leather sofa and chair after a couple of visits to decide just what we wanted. The sales people never pushed us and left us to decide what we wanted to do - they were always there for advice and information, but never put pressure on us (a breath of fresh air). We paid a deposit - with the rest due when he had the items and were satisfied, (a big positive for us!). After the order, we were kept up to date on the delivery and on the day the delivery people were simply fantastic. On time and very professional, they helped us move a few things from the room, brought in the furniture and assembled it - checking it was working well and just right. Add in they took away the packing and it really was a good experience. We'd definitely use them again and we'd recommend them.

   The Derbyshire Suite Centre are truly incredible. I run the National Hereditary Breast Cancer Helpline based a few miles away and all the suites they take in part exchange they donate to our charity. To be quite honest they have been our life blood and I cannot thank them or the customers enough. The delivery drivers too are incredibly helpful. That makes such a difference. I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Rob and team

   We can highly recommend the Derbyshire Suite Centre in Clay Cross. Only went in to buy a mattress and came out with a mattress and a suite! The product quality and the service are both amazing. From Rob in the showroom to the delivery drivers. Communication all the way through and delivery was when expected. The drivers were respectful of our home and very cheerful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Rob for your excellent service.

   Great service from start to finish. No pushy sales pitch, let us walk round looking at ease, didn’t rush us. Once we ordered they kept us informed of delivery time scales etc. Delivery was great, arrived when they said they would. Placed the furniture where we wanted and took packaging away. Very easy and stress free shopping and delivery. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and we didn’t feel rushed.

   Very friendly from walking into the shop. Helped by showing what sofas would meet what I wanted from a sofa. The sofa I choose is great quality and British made couldn't fault it at all Delivery was prompt and the delivery men were polite and helpful and put where I wanted in my front room All in all great service though out and would recommend to anyone

   An easy to find place with ample parking. A huge range of sofas, settees, armchairs, stools, etc on display. You can wander around trying each and everything, all without being hassled. Friendly helpful salesman, there if you need him. Good quality, and even better prices. Well worth a visit.

   We had our 3 piece suite delivered yesterday and we are very highly satisfied with it, we dealt with Rob at the showroom, he was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. He kept in touch re the delivery date and the 2 delivery men were pleasant and efficient.
