    First of all sorry for the delay. I have been visiting the TFL Heston Vehicle Inspection Centre in 23 September 2025. I had an issue with my PCO badge and I spoke with the manager and another guy (who was bus driver before) they were very nice, kind and helpful. They are β€œHUMANS β€œ with full huge capital letters I hope more people like them and the world can be a better place in the future because now I have a 6 month old and I wish He can grow up in that world. But actually all staff are very helpful and polite. Maybe one day I can join your team. Thank you guys all the best!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS: SCAM ALERT. Absolutely disgraceful from this centre. I've just bought a brand new car which has been failed 3 times because of a different reason each time. They avoid telling you all the issues at once so you can return, fail again and rebook another test meaning time and money has been wasted. They have scammed over Β£200 from me in rebooking for reasons that are unlawful and can be taken legal action against - however the staff and manager refuse to give up their identification in fears of being exposed. Many drivers have also brought up these issues before and it seems like it is a trending thing with this PCO centre. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they WILL try and steal your money. Edit: And of course, there are the rude staff who speak to you with no manners, treat you like garbage and refuse to even greet you. Honestly, one of the rudest people I have met in a long time.

    The car damage for last two years and every time it was passed but this time they failed it. I asked them why and he said this is how I work? My TfL badge is under my brother name before I booked it they said that a fine when I come to reception the guy and manager said you going to be failed because that’s not under your name. I explain them. They said you booked it over the phone not from here. The reception said go and make complain about them and we don’t have time for you as we are busy. People from online booking and receptionist they are not working together. If how they fix people problems. One star is a lot for them

    Very straightforward process. Well set up. Staff are friendly. Advice to everyone is to follow the instructions on the emails to have a seamless process. They have to deal with countless people a day so please be patient with the staff and treat them with respect and they will respect you back. Simply put, park your car in the bay (remember the bay number) reception is signposted. At reception sign in on the device with your name and registration and bay number. Have a seat and wait to be called. Once called have your paperwork ready and they will go though the process with you, its as simple as that.

    Came 10 minutes late for my appointment and despite it was busy the man at reception accepted my reason for coming late. We really need this attitude because at the moment the booking lines are super busy ( took me a full day of calling just get a appointment, because after you wait for 2 hours, the call will end and you have to start calling again)...and there was an event in the area on that day that prevented me from being on time. Imagine if the guy at reception said, sorry you are late and you need to book a new appointment!!!??? So yes, please keep having discerning and an understanding that will support the working force. Peace.

    They are nice people. Really helpful and they try to keep their concentration in their jobs they do. Although what they do is a big responsibility. So they do not ignore anything and they are skilful and highly trained people by TFL.
