   I ordered some furniture with the promise of it being delivered in just a few days. Well, those few days turned into weeks, and still, no sign of my order. Frustrated, I decided to cancel, but that turned into a whole other ordeal. Their customer service was a nightmare. I called them over and over again, but either got no answer or was treated rudely before they hung up on me. I even went to the shop in person, and instead of helping, they threatened to close the shop and leave us in the shop. the manager couldn’t be bothered to talk to us face-to-face. Instead, he yelled at us over the phone. And when they finally refunded my money, it was done in the most disrespectful way possible. They are liars

   Please be careful when buying from this company. What you like at the warehouse might be lovely but when you are promised delivery within 2 weeks, items sit on that floor, uncovered, so by the time they get to you they are damaged and stink. no communications between the owners and workers & Wayne is the worst person to ever deal with. I got my sofa, damaged to which I was told you should've told us that same evening (after 8pm). I didn't realise until I sat on it the following morning and that's when I called them (well tried to... Wayne refuses to answer your calls, and no-one picked up the warehouse number). I now have a sofa to which I need to find someone to fix the padding as the velvet material & buttons have become loose and have it throughly cleaned as it stinks of cigarettes. Waste of a journey and money!
