I was after buying a bed for my son for Xmas. We had already been to a another bed store next door but didn't like their customer service. The staff didn't leave us alone so left. We popped in United carpets & beds as we had time to kill whilst car was being valeted. We were happy with the customer service. The man who served us was informative but without being pushy. We were able to purchase an ottoman bed & a mattress. Very reasonable price especially compared to the previous store. Hopefully should be delivered in next few weeks & old bed & mattress being disposed of. I think the whole process took about 30 mins.
Attentive staff, loads of choice, advice on the appropriate type of carpet for our needs. Just a very smooth process, they came promptly to measure up and even though it was a tricky staircase + bedroom/ landing it was all fitted extremely well, by two very hardworking people on a hot day ! I know they're great because with United it's been flawless (compared to our last experience with Carpetright & their carpet advice +fitters). Very very good, thankyou.
There was a lot of different beds to choose from, and the staff were very helpful throughout by giving advice on what bed frame and mattress would be the more suitable for my requirements. They even took the frame and mattress to my car when I came to pick them up, which was very helpful.
