Got our sofa from Sofalux and couldn't be happier. The sofa is comfortable, pristine condition, and most importantly the service was second to none. It was delivered on time in the exact condition we would expect a new sofa to be delivered by a professional delivery team. Absolutely 100% recommend.

Very pleased with SofaLux, promised delivery before Christmas and delivered today. Problems with getting in the front door but the guys persevered and eventually after removing a fence panel we got it into the house, still difficulty in getting it into our living room so the returned later with some fitters who removed the back of the sofa and got it in with no problem, definitely a very good job. Revised Review, problems with the sofa after 20 months, Sofalux rarely answer the phone or respond to voicemail or email. Eventually I had a repair man arrive at 1830 this week and undertook repairs the the back of the sofa, ( I would be hesitant to buy another one with a removable back). Will see how good the repair is but admit the guy knew what he was doing.
I was also impressed with the level of communication and customer service provided by the Sofalux team throughout the process. They kept me updated every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I had.
Avoid this company, my mother is still waiting for her suite, it's been a year, they ignore the emails sent and won't answer the phone once they know your number. Please please please stay away as they are shocking to deal with. Still waiting for a refund and I have advised legal proceedings
AVOID AVOID AVIOD We purchased a Sofalux with an expected delivery date of 8-12 weeks which is now passed. On contacting them I discovered the sofa wasn’t even in production. As this is breach of contract I have asked for a full refund which they have agreed to however 1. They can’t do this at the moment as the payment is pending until the sofa is delivered!!! Credit card company disagree as they have made the payment. 2. They can’t refund using their card machine as the payment was over 60 days ago ,!!! Really They have contacted me as I left an honest review on their Facebook page which has now been deleted and I’ve been block. I mentioned all the other people who have contacted me who have experienced similar service from Sofalux and was told these are all fake people using fake accounts. If thinking of buying a sofa from Sofalux then my advice would be DON’T end off
I just got my sofa bed armchair and footstool and I am very pleased. There is a good variety of designs and colours/ fabrics. I am particularly grateful for them being able to keep my stuff for 3 months with no extra charge and then delivering promptly when my flat was ready! Many thanks!!
Was looking for a particular sofa went to sofalux after going round a few places thought i was going to have to rethink as couldnt the colour or size I wanted.I could pick any sofa and they would have it made in any of the fabrics and different colours. My sofas arrived yesterday and Im over the moon with the quality of them. They look more expensive than they were. Flexible delivery times to suit to which is an added bonus
My whole experience of buying a new Sofa from Sofalux, from start to finish, has been really excellent. The communication from them has been helpful as I was kept right up to date with the progress of my order, through to booking in the delivery time - which was a one hour window. My Sofa was delivered today and was set up for me so that I was sitting correctly and comfortably. The Sofa itself is even better than I thought it would be. Thank you very much. I will definitely buy from you again.
