   That's is absolutely the last time I go here. I had full acrylics done today by one of the females. Really poor and rushed job. I asked for round tip and she proceeded to do her own thing and made a mess of them. Not a relaxing experience she was really huffing at me when I corrected her. She's cut my thumb and put nail glue in it. Just absolutely horrible experience. I've been loads of times before and the guys are super friendly. She's just awful.

   I had a terrible experience here! Prices are disgraceful and the nails aren’t even worth the money. I asked for acrylics with a french mani with a tiny strip of glitter under the white tips, which they advertised as £25, they tried to charge me £40 for them then when I told them what they’ve advertised as they said they’d do them for £35. When they were doing my nails they were very rude and seemed almost careless with my nails, and my nails were lopsided. When I told the fella doing my nails this he seemed annoyed and was like I’ll fix it later, the nails didn’t turn out anything like i wanted and they are all bent. Please do not go here the service is terrible, do not waste your money!

   Tbh I think some of the reviews are really unfair. Staff are really polite. They took time with my nails and would check with me if I was happy with the shape and colour etc. Shop was really clean, neat and tidy. I will definitely be coming back.

   I have been visiting Star Nails since all lock downs ended. I feel that the service I receive has become worse. They rush my treatments and its expensive. He took 20 minutes to shellac my toes and finger nails. £40. They aren't even that neat. Won't be returning. Such a disappointment.

   I went here get my gel nail polish removed but I had to wait an hour (which is fine because i get that they can't really do anything about that) however my issue is that the lady who did it was extremely rough to point it did hurt and i was acctually bleeding because of how rushed she was when she cut my cuticles. My nailbed is now completly scabed over. I wouldn't have minded waiting that long if my service here was acctually decent so overall i am not happy and i will not be returning.
