   Servicw is mediocre and very unresponsive. I had called to ask about fixing my loose exhaust pipe, and the gentleman did not want to discuss anything on the phone and said, "Bring the car in, and they will have a look." In desperation to get sorted, I rushed to them. When I reached there was no car on the ramp. I was asked to speak to the manager / owner in the office, which I did, and he said he would have a look in 2 mins. He kept talking to some guests for 20 mins , finally came out, but by then, there was another car on the ramp for MOT. He saw me standing there but did not bother to talk and addressed a new customer. Sat in that customers car and was about to leave the garage to test drive his car. I asked him what about my car, and he said after this car on ramp is done eith MOT and left. I asked the workers, and he said it would take at least 45 mins. Yes, you might be busy, but there is a way to address your customers. I got in the car and went to another garage 4 mins away. They were super busy with 6 cars getting looked at when I reached. But they were so good they asked me the problem , told me the price and fixed it in 30 mins. Sorry, but I am never coming back to you ABM. Thanks

   This garage is doggy. A minor electrical work done in the car lasted only for 2 days. They charged £120 for a small work and refused to give refund. Bunch of unskilled people call themselves technicians will ruined your car. Worse service guarantee. Their work doesn’t even last for 2 days. Please don’t take their service.

   Service is not good. I did my MOT from here and failed due to an improper suspension arm bush. I asked if he could help with getting the part replaced, there was very little to no information provided on the failure and how to go about it from there. I managed to get the arm pin from another vendor and came back to ABM motors, where they are quoting me more money for labor costs, just because I did not buy the part from them. When they weren't interested in getting me the part in the first place. Lastly, when I was hunting for part vendors, I called and asked ABM if they could help double check if I got the part right, it was just a second opinion and I wasn't holding them accountable to it. However, they absolutely refused to have a look at the part and give their advise and stated, "That's not our job that's the vendors job". All I wanted was to make sure I am buying the right part. If good customer service and decent work is what you are looking for AVOID ABM motors.

   Avoid. This guy is a master rip off for car servicing. Doesn't give you Invoice upfront and then charges you double the price he would say when you meet first time.

   Their mechanics are amateurs ! They put wrong battery on my car , a smaller one that damaged the alternator, had to change the alternator due to their negligence . They changed my tyre and they didn’t screw the bolts properly , I nearly had an accident that could have finished badly as i was driving on the motorway and the tyre nearly came off . I paid £280 for battery , new tyre and MOT . Waste of money they created more damage . Their mechanics are not experienced and don’t know much. I would avoid as they are irresponsible and can put your life in danger.
