2. KNOCKS ★☆☆☆☆

   I had my tire alignment done today and the steering was fully turned to the right when it was driving straight and my dashboard showed that my ESP was faulty. When I went back to get it fixed they made me wait 2 hours while they did other cars before mine, even tho I was there first.

The mechanics are highly skilled, professional, and truly care about their customers. The level of service was exceptional, and the entire process was seamless. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but the pricing was also very fair and affordable, which is hard to come by these days. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood what needed to be done without any pressure or upselling. I highly recommend Southall Autos to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car mechanics. I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs!

   I booked my 5series in for a gearbox oil change, was asked to come in on a Friday but when I got there they said they had no oil, went there on the Saturday and all good, they did a thorough job at a fair price, would recommend, nice people to do business with.

   The MOT for my Peugeot was recently up for renewal and so I was looking around at different garages in my local area of Southall. I initially went to ‘Ajay Autos’ as it was slightly closer to me and they quoted me a whopping £800.00 for my MOT!!! They probably seen me as a new face and thought to themselves “hey, let me try and rip him off”, crooks! I ended up searching Google and came across ‘Southall Autos’ they jade pretty decent reviews and a 4.2 rating on Google - anyway I have give them a 5 star rating because not were they friendly, they did all the work on my car for £170.00 (including MOT cost), they were quick and efficient and they DID NOT try to rip me off! I told them about my experience with Ajay Autos after everything was done and they were shocked and disgusted as me. For anyone wanting to take their car to a garage, please use Southall Autos and so not go near Ajay Autos. Thanks for all your help Southall Autos - I’ll be back next year.
