   The Service of this garage was very poor and upsetting as I brought my car to get fixed. I spoke to the owner of the garage and explained to him the situation and the problem that I was having with the car, he told me that it would take 2 hour for them to fix my car which was alright with me. The owner told me to leave the car at the garage and he would give me a call once the car has been fixed so I did exactly what he told me to, I left the car at the garage at 14:00 and when I came back to the garage it was 17:00 and I asked the owner have you fixed the problem as there was no update or phone call given to me and it was getting really late and his response was I haven’t touched or looked at the car at this point I was very frustrated and annoyed. When I asked him why was this he kept of saying I will give you a call onces it’s done, if he couldn’t do it or if they were busy then just say it don’t waste my time because in that 3 hour time frame I could have gone to a different garage . I will never recommend anyone to this garage.

   The most dangerous garage in London I’ve taken my BMW to them last year 2022 if you buy your own Parts be careful when you hand them over to them they will swap the oil original BMW would you have the original oil cheap oil then swap all the filters they will swap your brakes your spark plugs will be put back the old ones oil filter though Cleaning and put it back you’re all well and They will keep The new ones.

   The owner of the garage is very rude and has alot of attitude. He has zero customer services.the staff are good but have the worst boss ever. I would not recommend anyone to use this garage. He looks down on people and has no manners at all.be careful if you take your car for them just to look and tell you the problem they charge £30 for your to be on their premises.

   I went there for a spoiler fitting. They have over charged me . I took they car home so driving on M1 the spoiler came out and I lost the spoiler which has been completely damaged and also the money they have overpriced me. I have try to call the Boss few time no luck so i will go back there after Ramadan .. Be careful...

   Went in for a bonnet respray. The paint is still bubbly and cracked. We were told to come back twice as it needed to be polished but it didn't look any better and the car was left dirty all over. Rubbish job wish I had gone somewhere else! Do not recommend!
