Lovely atmosphere, the owner is so caring. They make sure that you are 100% happy with your nails before you walk out and would prefer you to say if they didn’t so they can get an understanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They offer you a drink. They can do pretty much any nail design you ask for. I would highly recommend
Came in with hope, left with shovels. I gave step-by-step instructions, watched every angle, even asked for corrections while the set was being done and somehow, the final result still looked like a set of miniature garden tools glued to my nails. If you enjoy paying full price to then spend an hour at home reshaping your own nails, congratulations again, this is your spot. Bring your own file. The attention to detail? Nonexistent. Structure? Unbalanced. Finish? Chunky. But what really makes the experience memorable is the sheer audacity: you can feel the passive aggression when you ask for even the smallest correction. Would I go back? Only if I lose a bet. Thank you for confirming exactly what my review described: lack of professionalism, inability to accept constructive criticism, and a habit of deflecting with personal anecdotes and emojis. Bringing my mom once doesn’t make the nails less uneven. I’ve been 3 times and the quality was never acceptable but I wanted to give your salon more chances than it deserved. No, Helen, knowing someone doesn’t mean I owe them silence. And “everyone knows that” is not a valid excuse for poor quality, unless you’ve renamed your salon “Gaslighting & Co.”
i found this walk-in salon after i was disappointed from a previous acrylic appointment. not only did they remove the design that left me wanting to hide my holiday nails, but they were able to do the design i had initially wanted from my first choice of salon, but the nail tech was unable to do. the design is gorgeous, the shape and comfort fix up is perfect and the peace i felt with my nail tech checking in regularly to make sure i was still pleased made me feel safe and able to speak up if required. this appointment simply brightened my day and has rekindled my holiday excitement, i can’t wait to fill up my loyalty card!
Myself and my daughter-in-law amy had our nails done together for a family wedding, we were made to feel extremely comfortable. As we arrived we were offered a hot drink as we sat down. I showed a picture of the way I wanted my nails and I wasn't disappointed as they looked exactly as the picture did. As it was my daughter-in-laws first time getting her nails done she only had a basic silver glitter varnish over tips done. Will definitely be going back for my holiday nails.
