Absolutely love my nails from Five Star every time - I have been coming for over a year now and I won’t go anywhere else! My nails are always done exactly how I ask and they last for weeks! I always get so many compliments on them too. Tanny and the team are really friendly and there is always a happy atmosphere in the shop - Five Star gets Five Stars from me! X
They have a new team and management. The bew staffs is very friendly and the service is quick. The shop is very clean and tidy. Their skills are amazing and they are open to any designs I want. I love my nails so much and would definitely come back! Highly recommended
Always go to five star nails , had a lovely gentleman do my nails today and I’m very happy with them, would definitely recommend!!
A very rude lady did my nails and made me feel so uncomfortable !! I felt like walking out She hurt me and kept Moaning all the way through ,kept saying my hands were cold and I wasn’t positioning them right She hurt me as she filed them and 3 out of 10 nails were bleeding in way out with no apology Will never return and would never recommend !!
Felt uncomfortable as felt like was getting spoken to like a child. Also didn't like the fact that the technician spoke badly about other nail salons and technicians although had my nails done better with the other technicians. Messy finish but kept blaming my nails for it. Only regret is that I didn't tell her this myself as just felt so uncomfortable but wish them all the best and hope this constructive feedback helps and its only nails end of the day;) but, nice manners don't cost anything...there was no need to be so rude and patronising. Won't be returning
Horrible customer service. The owner of this business needs to learn some manners let alone customer service! She was just bad vibes from the minute I walked in. She kept pulling my hands and saying to keep them a certain way. I followed exactly what she said but she was just too obnoxious and told me my nails were ruined because of me. I have spoken to many people in the town and they have said they had the same problem. I will not be going back ever again!! Avoid at all costs!
Friendly staff, pleased with nails when done can be a bit of a wait if 2 or more people already waiting
Avoid.. Terrible customer service.. Patronising. Made me bleed on 4 fingers. Not that I complained but she yelled at me for moving my hands when she cut me then when I said its coz she made me bleed she blamed the length of my nails. Very argumentative. Been getting my nails done for years I've never ever had an experience like this.. Avoid
