This store is not at this location, either they have moved or closed down and not updated on google - wasted journey. Not showing the proper location is the basic requirement and couldn’t even do that much.
We have ordered earlier this year the Pesaro sofa set, and dinning room furniture. The quality was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful! P.S. we had to wait for 15 weeks to receive the order, though it was worth it. Moreover, the lead time provided to us at the outset was 14-16 weeks, which is, more or less, in line with the market practice, considering the adverse impact of COVID-19 on the entire supply chain of imported furniture. It had bed's and sofas, not my style or taste but prob are someone's. Really friendly staff though. Worth checking out if you are after a bed or sofa.
In March I’ve ordered a sofa that should have been delivered in 3 months. Now 8 months waiting, during this long time they would give me a lie every time they promised to delivered my sofa. 2 weeks ago I’ve been told that, they going to deliver them, after negotiating with the store manager, we arranged a day to finish their work this week by “Wednesday or Thursday“. Once again they lied، saying that order available Only on Friday at 5pm today, promised me they would definitely delivering them but until now 22:16 haven’t received my sofa. Please don't trust these people who are working here, the manager and all the staff at this place are liars, in the sense that they are not embarrassed at all about lying to customers, don’t ever trust them.
Its a very good place to buy good quality and sturdy sofa sets and seats. They also sell coffee tables, rugs, curtains, TV stands, and beds. They personalise what you are looking for, which is great because it gives you more options to choose from. For example they allow you to select colours and prints for the sofas you prefer. And the staff are great too. Also if you don't have money to pay on the spot, they offer 0% APR *We did have an issue when we placed an order for a sofa set, however, we overlooked this as a new store error. We were disappointed but it was quickly resolved, to a certain extent.
