    My first purchase from Nest.co.uk was delivered today and I am very satisfied with the entire process. I bought a Vipp chair during the summer sale. The sales team was very helpful and friendly over the phone, the price was unbeatable. The chair was delivered in record time and Yolanda from their customer services team answered all my questions and even called me after the delivery to ensure I was happy with everything. What a great customer service. Thank you so much Nest.co.uk team!

    Bought a rug that on their website (photo 1) clearly looks as a light blush colour. Upon arrival, I didn’t even open the plastic bag it came in because it is clearly a VERY different colour than the one in the picture (photos 2-3). The item delivered is a very light salmon colour. I understand slight colour variations are to be expected but this is major, and it falls under “misdescription”, which in their T&Cs should mean the cost to return should be borne by them. When I emailed them to request that, they gave me a non-answer that the problem was with the resolution on my device (I’ve looked at the photo in the screenshot in 4 different devices, it’s not my settings). AVOID! Many better brands at more reasonable price offer no hassle returns for all online purchases, this one won’t even if they’re in the wrong

    Needed to return 2x lampshades but admittedly was slightly over the 14 day return period. No room for manoeuvre/ compromise or even the possibility of a 50% refund/ voucher which is a shame. It’s very rare to find an online retailer which doesn’t offer a 30 day return policy (Ikea has 356 day policy). I could understand if they were reduced to clear but the items are still on sale at full price. To make matters worse, I was charged £10 delivery per item £20 total), even though they were shipped attached to each other in a fairly small parcel. Will shop elsewhere from now on…

    This is probably the best customer service I have received. Having bought a beautiful chair, which was delivered promptly, it unfortunately had a fault with it (a manufacturing problem, nothing to do with Nest). I contacted Nest and liaised with Sarah, who sorted out the issue professionally and with much consideration. Thank you for providing such a great service. We will be shopping with you again soon.

    I moved into my first home a few months ago and have been using nest to get some awesome things! Their website is great (showing what is in stock and available for immediate delivery) but also their customer service is the best! A piece of my mirror was missing (ex-display), and this did not stop them sourcing the piece for me and getting it sent out to me as quickly as possible. Sarah has been amazing and made what could have been a frustrating experience totally easy. I can't wait to purchase from them again soon!

    As a London based customer who has interacted with Nest on several orders over the past few months, I have to say from the website, customer service and through to delivery I only have great things to say about Nest and their offering. They are friendly, attentive, responsive and offer top class products at reasonable prices. All of the staff have been exceptional. Highly recommended as the friendliest furniture retailer I've dealt with. I needed to delay delivery of several items due to Covid-19 related issues and this was dealt with sensitively and speedily.     A few years ago I purchased some (pretty pricey for me) chairs from Nest and recently one of them broke while being sat on. Despite the chairs being several years out of warranty Nest have been absolutely dogged in resolving this issue for me with the manufacturer and have managed to see the purchase cost refunded to me. I totally expected to be blown off, but the Nest team (Sarah) have been unfailingly polite and efficient. Amazing customer support!
