    Great customer service, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Took my car in on the off chance I could get my tyres checked before a long journey. The new management team are great and were able to get my car looked at quickly. Highly recommend this garage!

    Stay awayβ€”there are far better garages in London that actually respect their customers. I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life at the South Wimbledon Kwik Fit. I had an MOT appointment and arrived 19 minutes early. Naturally, I expected at least some basic courtesy or guidance when I entered the office. Instead, the person at the desk ignored me completely. After about 10 minutes of being left standing there, he finally looked up and, in a rude and dismissive tone, asked if the car outside was mine. When I said yes, he immediately snapped, telling me to move it without any explanation or politeness. I moved my car, parked elsewhere, and returned to the office, only to be met with the same unprofessional attitude. Without a greeting, an apology, or even basic manners, he bluntly asked for my registration number. No β€œplease,” no β€œthank you”—just pure rudeness. I have never in my life experienced such disrespectful treatment at a garage. If this is how they treat paying customers who come in for booked appointments, then I strongly advise anyone considering this branch to think twice. Stay away from this placeβ€”there are plenty of other garages in London that actually value their customers.

    Booking process was easy on the website... However at no point did the website (or subsequent email confirmation) inform me that I was not allowed to drop off the car earlier than the appointment time. All the other MOT testing stations I've used in London for the last 15 years have allowed me to drop off the car in the morning and pick up later. Not here it seems. When I attempted to drop off the car 3 hours before the appointment at 1130 I was met with a gruff response... I had to bring the car back later. I only used kwik fit as the others nearer me were fully booked. Wouldn't recommend them... Unless you're happy to drop off and pickup immediately!

    I had a great experience when I went in to get my air conditioning fixed. The staff were professional and clearly working hard - it was visibly busy, but they still took the time to check my tyres for free, which I really appreciated. Although there was a bit of a wait due to how busy it was, they were upfront about it and even gave me a discount, which was a nice touch and showed great customer service. I’d definitely recommend - and will be returning in the future.

    An obvious and deliberate over-charge for an item not even fitted! I required a tyre fitted to a 2012 Civic. I called up in advance for price and availability and was told that the correct size was in stock at Β£70 (great for a Sunday!). On collection, I was charged Β£93 and advised the quoted amount does not include 'essentials fitting'. As the car was at the side of the road on jacks - I left without my challenge on the price. When I looked at my invoice later that day (emailed to me), I noticed that I was charged Β£21.99 for "TPMS" a Tyre Pressure Monitor System valve (i.e., a valve with a built-in sensor). I know my car doesn't have or require such a system, so I called assuming it was a genuine mistake. The chap who answered the phone (the same one who fitted the tyre) gave his best attempt to tell me as most cars now have TPMS, it is fitted as standard - regardless of the car having the necessary system or not; he confirmed it was not a mistake. I challenged why that was the case and was offered a refund down the phone. I declined on the basis that it felt like a deliberate attempt to over-charge, and I wanted to make customer complaints aware. To make matters worse, I've checked the valve and have had a regular Β£2.99 valve fitted to my tyre. Having made a complaint along the lines as above - which I thought might suggest some internal reviews, I've been offered the same refund of Β£21.99 - i.e., the cost of the valve that I was told was 'standard' fitting, yet, despite paying for it, I've not even had fitted. Frankly, I don't care about the Β£21.99 - but deliberate over-charging for items not fitted, not required, and then being fobbed off with some pathetic excuse, even by the complaints department, just isn't on, and I don't feel like I was a one-off.

    Had a brake fail in my Audi as a visitor to Tooting Broadway. Following a very helpful visit from AA and their recommendation, I was carefully escorted to KwikFit Wimbledon. They ordered the parts and had my car fixed within 24 hours despite being incredibly busy! I was safely on my way back home the following day. Thank you!

    Big thanks to Peter and AJ for replacing the front tyres of my 1 series. I accidentally ordered the wrong tyres and they were able to find the correct ones at a moments notice. It was very busy but these guys were still able to provide a great service.

    I now know what to expect, the very same staff member was very professional and had no problem dealing not only with myself but other customers at the same time. He showed me what work needed doing, I concurred, he got it done ! Very impressed, would use again.

    Very expensive compared to local small garages tyre cost combined with labour cost as added fee for example a low cheep and cheerful tyre costing 60 to 70 pounds were quoted 120 for mid tier and mid tier was 80 from them on 16 inch tyre non sports tyre. Is okay if your in need for quick tyre but would suggest just compare prices you could be surprised like I was as always thought quick fit were cheaper.
