We are more than happy with the service we recieved. The gentleman was extremely helpful and patient with our 10 Yr old grandson who we were purchasing the bed for. Thankyou very much .
Such a horrible customer services.visted with family ,didn't expect the behaviour of the staff toward my childern,not recomended If my child climb then should talk to me not just start shouting at 2 years old child, Thats what coustmer services you lrearn in your 37 years,atleast other two business show much more respect
Just had bunk beds delivered, excellent service from start to finish best quality we found, reasonable prices, can't fault would definitely use again
WELL DIDN'T THINK OF GOING HERE TO BUY A BED BUT I WENT TO HAVE A LOOK AND WAS GRETTED BY THEM WITH NO PRESSURE AT ALL FULL OF GOOD INFORMATION EXPLAINED WHATS RIGHT AND WRONG QUALITY OF THE BED FRAMES MATTRESS HEADBOARD WAS AMAZING OTHERS SHOULD TRY THESE OUT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED I WAS OVER WELMED WITH WHAT I GOT AND A GOOD PRICE DONT TRUST THE SO CALLED BIG SHOPS THERE ARE NOTHING CONPAIRED TO BEDZ OF ROTHERHAM THANKS FOR A GREAT DEAL THANK YOU
Didn’t purchase anything during our visit, but staff were really friendly and gave some really good advice about the right bed. They are definitely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Possibly returning shortly to purchase one! Thanks for your help today
So helpful and friendly. Gave full advice about what would best suit me instead of normal places just in it for the money. I expressed that I wanted this ASAP and they moved the world to get this for me as soon as they could. I love the bed they recommended and its super comfy. Fully recommend to anyone looking for great quality with great prices!
Wow, fantastic range of beds. The owner is really friendly. I was convinced we were in for a hard sell as we were on our way out as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for, but no - the owner was really helpful, pulled out loads of catalogs for us to look through as they have hundreds more beds than what are just on display. I showed him a picture of a fabric bed I saw in Next, and he showed us something similar in one of the catalogs. He then talked us through the options and that we could customise it to our specification, including the fabric from a massive range of swatches. Once we’d chosen exactly what it is we wanted, he went away to get us a quote. Whilst we were waiting, I was convinced it would be a mad price given we had customised the life out of the bed we’d chosen, but no, the price we were given for a fully customised frame was £200 cheaper than what Next we’re charging. And the frame we’d chosen was better quality (solid base instead of sprung slats). I can’t recommend this bed place enough!
