   I was in today to get a new set of acrylics, and the person who was doing my nails has filed under a lifted acrylic nail and damaged my nail bed. My actual nail has continued bleeding since the appointment. I will be unable to get acrylics back on until my nail has fully healed. The person I was with didn’t seem sorry or anything, he only asked if my finger was okay. I was clearly not okay, I was stopping myself from crying. I understand mistakes can happen, but this isn’t the first time I have had an issue with me getting hurt whilst having my nails done. I have been coming to top nails since it opened and since a lot of the staff have been replaced the service has gone down. They were really good at the start but you can see their priorities have shifted. Recently it’s more about quantity than quality, customers are wanted in and out as soon as possible and with that injuries are happening. I have messaged on instagram, to simply express my concerns and frustration. All I wanted was a simple apology and what I got was the opposite. Basically said sorry that happened, maybe you should go to another salon. The way the customers are treated is not okay and very clear that the staff are not bothered by their customers feelings or anything.

   Had short nude acrylics done, they looked nice but customer service was appalling. I would not recommend going here. I only had very short nude acrylic no shellac and it cost me almost £40 however the price list stated it should have been £28-30. Had to go in a week after I first had them done to have someone redo two of the nails as they'd fallen off. Never heard of acrylics falling off after a week. Ridiculous. Adding more onto my review, the owner saw my review and decided to message me asking if it was me, I said yes. Honestly just plain rude, awful customer service.

   Brilliant. Walk ins may wait a while but the lads an girls work fast. They are fantastic at what they do. Always ask and confirm your happy with the process. Would be 5* but unfortunately they still charge you for paying on card which am sure your not allowed to do anymore as there was a consumer rights ban.. other than that no complaints

   Absolutely disgusted at the attitude and customer service of the manageress of this place. I am a frequent customer of here usually when I visit Liverpool to work and do my podcast. I had a very important occasion in Manchester to attend on the evening so needed my nails doing. I walked in and was told there were 4 people ahead of me so I waited for half hour then informed the owner that I needed to go to the bank to get them cash out and go shop and could my place be held. I came back 15 mins later and waited another 35 mins before I decided to sit in the chair and was shouted at in front of the whole shop and told I had to wait until all the new people who came in after me had finished?! I was embarrassed and spoke to like absolute dirt! Top nails should get rid of that woman. She is rude and she is bad for business. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL THE LISTENERS OF OUR PODCAST What's the story Paul & Lori ABOUT HOW AWFUL THEY ARE!! Do not go here!!!

   Always a dream to get my nails done here! Excellent service and my nails are always amazing quality and last a good 4 weeks! I actually travel out of my way here because they are so good! Pictured are two of my nails and one of my mums nails ♡♡♡♡♡

   Top nails. The staff are nice. They do fabulous nails. I have had false nails done 3 times before at 3 different places and have never had a back/in fill, because I have not been happy enough. But a work friend said they are great there. So I gave them ago. I had them done for a wedding they were lovely. Got loads of positive comments. Just had an in fill and the nails cut shorter and a new colour. Very happy. Would highly recommend. I also had eyebrows waxed an tinted. Fabulous. Wheelchair accessible.
