The name of the unit is diffrent from whst us advertisement so us the opening time. So I got there at 8am and couldn't find it ,utill I I spoke to a member of the team. There seem to be so.e confusion a bout the wheel nuts and I was told I would be charged £30.00 per wheel, luckily this didn't happen and I had to ask about things that I had highlighted on their online form. They did sort out one of the issues but I had to ask about it and they rectified a fault that came up whilst driving home. I just think they need to think more about the customer experience and communicate more effectively. Issues were sorted out quickly with no fuss.

I had an MOT and service done today. This was done with the usual professional and friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Be careful !! Be very careful they sound very dodgy. I asked for a oil sensor change and the part from VW dealer is £116 to £117. These guys told me £125.00 for sensor which they confirmed is an of the market part, not even a genuine part from dealer.

I had MOT done at this garage. Whilst it passed, I would never use them again, especially considering the vast number of other MOT garages in the area. The customer service is poor and staff not helpful at all. Communication with customers is poor. One guy was just murmuring instead of speaking properly and it was hard to talk to him. They also asked me to pay in cash, and weren’t even prepared to have the right amount of change. Luckily someone else in the garage had some in the end but if you are going to ask people to pay in cash to do you a favour, at least make sure you have change instead of just grunting that you don’t. Yes it is just an MOT but still you are better off going elsewhere.

Had MOT done here. Wasn't too bad. Quite thorough and by the book. Failed on led headlights and while i had the h7 regular bulbs i had to change them myself quickly to pass.

All please avoid this garage. My car was left with CarReady Greenford and the service I have received from the moment I have left my car with Arron simms was shocking. Firstly this car was stolen so it was recovered from police compound near Greenford. I left my car with Arron in good faith. I did ask him will it be ok to leave the car where it was parked at the time and the answer was yes. I have spent over £500 on the car with Carready and I have invoice to comfirm the work carried out. Arron assured me there will be no PCN's issued while it was in his possession. At the time when I went to collect my car there was a pcn on passager seat. I handed that over to Arron and I was advised he will take care of it and appeal it. After 3 months I received a letter from ealing Council stating this fine has been increased and I will need to pay for. I called Carready spoke to a lady called Sandra and she said this will be sorted by her manager not to worry about it. I have what'sapp messages to confirm Sandra will get this paid by management. I have not heard anything back from them since. Every time I call Arron's phone he sends a text saying he will call back and that never happens. They have over charged me for the work carried out and a PCN. I have sent multiple WhatsApp messages and they have ignored all messages when I call they don't pick up. I have challenged this PCN as at the time I did not have the vehicle it was under the possession of the garage and Arron. I have managed to contest this PCN in courts and now finally ealing Council has cancelled this PCN. Do not go to this garage and deal with bunch of unprofessional team. If anyone would like to evidence happy to provide it. At any cost do not go to them cowboy outfit.
