Got stung by these not once but twice unfortunately... terrible quality carpets not durable nor fit for the purpose intended. Both carpets were flat & looked shocking 6 months in & the cheek of it said it was soiled! You get what you pay for here cheap tacky quality goods.. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND
Went here after being let down by another carpet company. Andy was a pleasure to deal with and turned up when he said he would, he was even at the property at night putting grippers down. The prices are very reasonable too. I would reccomend Andy to anyone. I now have a very happy mother in her new bungalow. Thanks Andy
Worst customer experience I visited the shop today with my mum for the first time to buy 3 beds, so ideally we would ask a few questions about the make. However, the rude staff member serving my mum and I did not give us enough time to see the beds and kept rushing everything. Keeping in mind that we had only been in the shop for only 15 minutes, we were ready to make the purchase, but before we could even tell him the quantity of the beds we desire he demanded us to leave the store and come back tommorow when he is not working in the store. I found this very rude and innapropriate behaviour. This is by far the worst customer service ever seen. He literally kicked us out of the store!
Very good deals on carpets and beds. Top fitting service, as neat a job as I've ever seen. Could easily have spent double or more at one of the big box stores, and been less satisfied with purchase. Thanks to you all, will recommend.
