    Ordered bedroom set (3 door wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of draws) in December last year. Called them multiple times as its almost a year and still don't have the wardrobe as a whole, they sent out 3 boxes of the wardrobe but 2 of the boxes were same parts, this about 5 months after placing the order, called them and they eventually sent out the correct box after about another 3/4 months but multiple parts came badly damage. Called and Sent an email as advised of what was damage, they asked for it all to be returned to be replaced, done this baring in mind I had 4 boxes needing collecting which I highlighted on the call when collection was booked... the courier only had for 3 to be picked up. They said new delivery would be around start of November... nothing called them said it would be 100% on 19th of November and the agent would call me directly to ensure everything was done as advised..... almost a week after ETA given no sign of the wardrobe and zero communication from the agent. The bedside and chest of drawers were fine went up with no issues. The wardrobe is the worse experience of of receiving an item I've ever had. I would've asked for a refund but as it's a set would mean Returning the lot as pictires look standard like white but a unique shade which woul be hard to match. Wish I never ordered it.

    Re: Ticket #472212 (2 faulty Ines 2 Drawer Side Table) €150 per unit to mention (I wouldn't pay €10 per unit for this garbage product) Complete and utter scammers, the cheapest most shocking quality of products I've ever seen. They do not understand consumer law and will try refuse refunds and off more cheap replacement parts. Avoid Avoid Avoid this place like the plague, how they are in business I will never know. As a result I've to go to court against them, full transcript attached now to warn any future customer this is how they handle customer service..... Disgraceful behavior, no care in the world and overall brutal quality. My only regret is that I didn't see the other reviews. Ps. it would be zero stars if google would allow me, but sadly it doesn't.

    Terrible customer service Spent nearly £1k on a garden furniture set, ordered at the start of April 2025. There were missing and defective parts when it arrived so I emailed with photos to explain the problems. There was an initial reply and the promise of replacements within 7-10 days. Multiple email chasers and the replacement part pack finally arrived 18 June. However this was still missing a piece that had been clearly listed in the first email I sent. There was a summer is now over and I am still waiting for the missing piece which meant I was never fully able to complete building the set! I have emailed again today by have no faith the missing piece will ever arrive so we’ll be in the same situation next summer!! Will not buy from Laura James again

    I had a great experience with Laura James! I bought a dining table with seven chairs, and after about 8 months one of the chairs unfortunately broke. I contacted their customer service and they were amazing — they quickly arranged a replacement without any hassle. It’s really reassuring to see a company stand by their products like this. I’m very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them!

    Bought the Rayna 2 Door 3 Drawer Large Sideboard in Black On the positive side, it is a good sturdy piece of furniture. The dimensions and storage capacity are also good for a hallway. The ordering process was good and arrived within the specified timeframe. However, the item was damaged and should not have been sold for the full price - £499. The grooves in the top part were rough and marked. I originally thought it was dust but unfortunately, it is a very poor finish. They must have known and should not have sold this item. I couldn't be bothered to re-pack and return. So, decided to cut my losses. But won't buy from this company again. They also hounded me for a review and when I put a review on their website, they didn't publish the photos I included as part of my review, which is not very transparent.

    Literally the worst furniture I've ever tried to build. Pre-drilled holes don't match up, dowels don't fit, wood warped and damaged. The instructions might as well be written in heirgrolyphics they are that helpful. I don't expect this bed to last 2 months.

    Frustrating experience. Ordered chair and it took such a long time to despatch that by the time it was, I then had to pay custom charge (bought on .ie website and no indicationthat item would be shipped from UK or that charges may apply). Contacted the company with accompanying documentation to support my complaint and nearly 2 weeks later they still have not addressed my query appropriately other than saying they are checking with courier! Waste of time since I've already given them all the details!!! The chair we bought was nice, but not worth the hassle of dealing with this company. Will not use again.

    Had so much trouble with this company and they were bailed out big time by a lady called Charlotte who seemed to be the only one who cared we'd been sleeping on the floor for nearly 2 months due to them sending half a king-size and half a double to us. The bed once we finally got it was very good quality considering the price but they need to get better quality people looking at products before they leave the warehouse.

    dreadful company, purchased furniture in June arrived with no cushions, contacted several times with various promises to send out. now in the process of taking legal action to recover money as they have changed collection several times as i work shifts. repeat Emails from " Lyn" clueless and appears not to read emails already sent ( 28 so far) DO NOT BUY FROM This Company !!!!

    I ordered a set of garden furniture through ebay. Told delivery would be a few days. Then told the courier did not deliver to my location! I'm in Coventry. Right in the middle of the bloody country. Rubbish people.
