   SCAMMER! Those clowns need to be shut down. We put a job up for a car battery change and agreed a quote of £60 with someone. They somehow by passed the system and sent us a whatsapp message asking “what time?” thinking it was the quote we had agreed. One of the clowns came around and took ages and only changed one battery of the two that we had put the job up. The car kept giving warnings and it was not closing. The guy refused to do anything about it and he asked for £220! Having changed only one of the two batteries and leaving a bigger mess. In the end we paid them £100 which is well above what we had booked through the app if it wasn’t for their dodgy ways of contacting and scamming people. Completely unprofessional and liars.

   Thieves and cowboys. Booked full service and MOT for £230 and they added unauthorised work (without even informing me) and took £600+ from my card (and tried to take more before I blocked it!) One tyre replacement was requested as added work. They fitted a different tyre to one requested, avoided giving a price before the work despite my request, said they would charge 170 after the work (for budget tyres you can get fully fitted for 80-90 based on Google search). But they actually charged 220 for this in their invoice! Shoddy service also - did not top up fluid/coolant despite this being part of the booked full service. Can't imagine what else they skipped on.

   This is the second car I have taken to Brent Autos within the last week and I have been going to this garage for years. I have never had anything other than excellent service and the costs are extremely reasonable - yesterday cost me less that I was expecting (by quite a margin.) Always a pleasure to go there: Very friendly.

   If I could rate them zero I would. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. Whilst my car was getting "looked at" for almost 4 weeks which resulted in myself calling everyday to find out what is going on. It was a different story every time I called. I assumed my car needed a new engine, which they guaranted it didn't for those 4 weeks. Then after 4 weeks they said it did so I told them to put my car on the side of their road whilst I consider my options. When I went to inspect my vehicle they had taken some parts from my engine such as the air filter, I'm assuming to reuse for other customers and sell it at a high price. They also took a deposit from me to purchase a timing chain and install it which didn't make any difference as the car was not working after they had "tried everything". They didnt give me the deposit back either. They are really unprofessional, sneaky and bad at both running a business and as a mechanic as a whole. There are much better mechanics out here who care about reputation and have intergrity. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place.

   Hello. I am disappointed with their service. They done for mot only. We agreed the price but when i have come back to pick up my car they said they done adjustments to my car without asking me before if i want to do it. I have feeling that they just charged me for it without any work involve. I am feeling that i was deceived.

   First few visits were fine, they were nice and everything. Last one was a disaster, don't even go there if you would like to get something done using your warranty. First they say everything is fine and they will do it, they check the car (what already costs) and then they tell you that they don't trust warranties and they want you to pay upfront and when the warranty pays them, they will pay you back. When I told them that this isn't something that I want to do I have been rudely told to pay for what has been done and basically to get lost. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
