   Booked an appointment for a new set of acrylics and a pedicure. When I arrived at my appointment time I was told I needed to wait as there were two people in front of me. I waited 20 minutes and then asked how much longer it would be, one lady said she wasn’t sure, another said there was just 1 more person before me. At this point I decided I couldn’t wait any longer so told them I would need to leave the appointment. They then put this down on the app as a “no show”. Not sure if they usually prioritise bookings over walk ins but they certainly didn’t on this occasion.

   First and last time here! I went showing a picture and asking for the same thing (french ombre). The girl asked me for info about the length and shape of the nail, since I usually do the nail polish myself they were already as I wanted them and then I asked to leave that length and that shape. The girl started working and I get them much shorter than they were and how I liked (1st. If she thought it was appropriate to polish so much she could have warned me and I would have asked her to lengthen them). She finished making the base and started making the top, I saw that it was not what I wanted and I showed her again the photo. She replies that to have that she would have to do a different procedure from the beginning (2nd. This is your job and you know how to do it, I showed you a picture initially you didn't even look at it). So I asked her to get all my red nail. Without even asking which red, she took a bottle at random and starts making me the French again as before. I reiterated that I wanted the whole red nail and I would like to choose the color gradation (3rd. congratulations for the service). the increasingly grumpy girl then takes samples to show me. I chose one which, however, unfortunately is not the one that has been then applied to me as it is decidedly clearer. I lleft the shop with short and thick nails, crooked and with lumps on them ... even with the excess in the corners because she had not filed that either!
