Absolutely awful. Pam is so rude . Years going here , but not anymore . The attitude stinks and what i witnessed to members of the public who they dont know is disgraceful and that man is very intimidating . A lady wasnt quite happy and he literally bullied her. Was so uncomfortable to sit n watch this unfold.
Dreadful. First and last time. Toes were very messy and filed so short they looked ridiculous. Told them I was unhappy with the quality of the application and they said the issue was the polish and that I should have mentioned this earlier before I moved seats to have my nails done. Most expensive salon I’ve ever used- £57.00- more expensive than city centre place I usually use. Cash only which I hadn’t noted so was asked to leave something behind whilst I ran the cash point. Hugely dissatisfied.
Never going back. I've been coming here for over 10 years recently there have been a lot of new faces being trained and the service, value and quality have gone down hill. Everytime you go the price changes regardless of the prices on the wall! Nails lifting after 6 days and cuts around the nail beds! I have recommended this place to friends and family many of times and they have all said the same thing.
I had my nails done today I asked for shellac taking off and shellac put back on the lady who took the shellac off was clearly training I only got onto that when she started fileing my natural nail so long in the same spot that it was burning she then slipped on 3 of my nails and filed a chunk out of the sides of 3 or 4 nails I fink my face said it all the younge lady did say sorry as she was replaced I tried to be patient because she was clearly training but I should have been told that at the start so I had the option to change person as I would of so after someone else having to take over and cut my nails right the way down to even them out again i now have super short nails and I will never return and I was charged full price there was no point in arguing with them in the shop about them destroying my own natural nail because they clearly didn't care
Daughter got shellac. Lasted so long . Amazing work
I always come here for my nails there fast and really good! My nails always last a very long time before taking them of and the art work I recently had done was amazing!
Staff were lovely and listened to what I wanted giving honest feedback about what would and wouldn't work
I went to this salon based on their Instagram pictures and apparently glowing results. When I arrived I found the people to be very rude and gave the impression they just wanted you I'm and out as soon as possible. When I came out my nails where soo thick and chunky, looked nothing like anything on their instagram, and cost more than originally quoted. I complained and was advised to come back in for them to be 'fixed'. When I went back to them, it was the worst mistake I could make; the nails where JAGGED, uneven and my cuticles where literally bleeding. Please avoid this salon!
