Had two bad consultations because l had difficulty understanding her accent. The first was an internal examination that hurt because l couldn't understand her instructions. The second time she wrote out the wrong prescription after l couldn't get her to understand my symptoms properly. It was a good job the pharmacist realised and sent me back to the surgery. I was surprised how the receptionist didn't seem surprised like it was a normal thing with this doctor.
