supposed to have a telephone appointment yesterday, but there was no call Rang up to to be told to be told I would get the car today, but didn't this was yesterday I was still on the waiting list but I didn't receive anything. One star is too much gonna be at changing practices Absolute shambles
Rubbish clinic. Call in on the day they give you an appointment in 2 weeks time... Waste of time. Receptionist are rude. And it will take them 10 times to answer the phone.
Well yeah I have somat wrong with my nail and it's really bad so u take tests saying it's normal well it is not normal in other doctors they give you this kind of injection on your nail and remove all of it out that's what you call a doctor..... So I am planning on changing my doctor, you guys need to learn more Dr Sharma is good but the other doctors don't know what they are doing
Worst experience ever.. I was very unwell and was advised to come into the surgery by the receptionist. On arriving the receptionist asked Dr Sharma to have a word with me in regards to my illness. Dr Sharma discussed my whole medical record in front of the whole surgery, (20 odd patients)! She then started shouting at me like am her child! She seriously needs to sort her attitude out as well as her English! Poor customer care skills and definitely needs to learn about the data protection and confidentially policies! I rang to make complaint to the service manager who already backed his staff up before even listening to my complaint! Definitely the worst place ever! I always struggled to get appointments at inspire medical centre and staff chose to argue over the phone and laugh at you instead of being considerate. Even in energencies you can only get an appointment 4 weeks later, and even then you have to wait for two hours before you are seen! I have now left this surgery but with great pleasure!
Sort your receptionist out. I would have given this review a 1 star but i'd be doing a massive injustice to the fabulous doctors & nurses. I hand my driving license to the spectacled hijabi for proof of ID, she takes it to the back room to copy it on the machine & i hear her & some khusri in the back giggle at my photo & then the hijabi comes out of the back to hand me my DL whilst giggling (haha yeah real funny not) like an idiot in front of me as if i'm not there. P.S. the doctors & nurses here ARE FANTASTIC. Cannot be stressed enough.
