Impossible to get an appointment. I have been waiting to try and book a smear test and my baby's immunisations for months. You have to queue up from 8am in the morning and by the time you reach the desk all the appointments are gone. Getting through on the phone is almost impossible and when you do you can't make an appointment anyway but are told to come into the surgery and queue from 8 am! This is the most unhelpful system I have ever come across. Is it designed to put people off? I am now moving to the practice next to you in the same building as they operate in a much more patient friendly way where you don't have to fight to get an appointment. The system you have is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
