   Brilliant customer service, and the prices on the menu are very reasonable considering the cost of living at the moment. Large portions and a very modern clean quiet place. Will definitely come back again due to the politeness of staff, food portions and high quality of food

   Absolutely shocking Should be called farmfoods as it’s all frozen food and bland no flavour at all. They have young staff in kitchen clearly not fully trained and don’t wear correct uniform. Place is old fashioned and over priced. Only good thing is the location as it’s by a nice nature reserve. Staff on bar are verry rude to wouldn’t recommend at all

   Ten of us went for a birthday meal. We had excellent service and all the food was lovely. Such good value for .money. We were in the family room which was very clean and the little one didn't have to worry about running around. Well done Saltwells will be coming back.

   Thank you so much to Dean and the team! Fabulous service for an ever increasing party, which ended up at 30 people, all seated together! The food and service were really good, as ever! Would highly recommend to anyone. Lovely children's play area, good menu and right on the door of the nature reserve and a 20 minute stroll to the reservoir. We had 2 years old to 88 years old in our party, Dean and the team looked after everyone. Thank you so much everyone x

   Went for a meal (late lunch) and it's been year's since we visited here but after seeing good reviews thought we would give it a try. The pub was very clean with a really nice decor. Plenty of free tables. When the food arrived it was very well presented and the portions were generous. My husband had the Carribbean Hunters chicken, quite spicy but absolutely delicious. I had the mixed grill, again good size, the gammon was thick ,juicy and tender. I had it with the jacket potato which was absolutely lush. Prices are very good, would definitely recommend.

   It was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only thing wrong for me was that I had steak with chips. There were peas too but it lacked the rest like tomato onion rings /mushrooms. I understand that may add to the price but that's what I prefer. It just didn't look right. Steak was gorgeous and so were the chips. I'm not criticising the food, just would have been better if it had only half a tomato, 2 onion rings and a few mushrooms. However....I WILL be going again and recommend The Saltwells. Just my opinion

   It's OK. Not my kind of pub. I understand that in this day an age you have to be a restaurant kind of pub. But being as I'm an old pub drinking kind of dude it just wasn't for me. I would've loved to see this pub back in its day. The bones of the pub look amazing. But I feel its been tarted up and it's took alot of originality away from it.

   Lovely pub. Went for father in law's birthday. Great food, friendly staff and nicely cosy feel to the place. Just feel bad I've been driving past it on the way back from work the past decade or so and haven't been up until now. Will be coming back definitely.
