   Had acrylics done just before Christmas. Was asked to choose a colour off their chart which I did (white glitter) only to be told that it would be too light & not show very well. Chose a silver glitter which then had to have extra glitter added to make whiter (???). Was charged £38. Wasn’t completely happy with the shape or colour but fixed this myself at home. Returned just for infills as the acrylic application was done quite well previously. This should’ve cost £20. Instead of just doing infills my nails were cut (including natural nails) down to the shortest length & soaked off! A full set was applied which are full of air bubbles & clearly not what I asked for. I was charged £30. I had 3 people working on my nails as they kept swapping clients. None of them washed their hands before switching. One of the techs took several personal FaceTime calls while working on other clients which I found completely unprofessional & rude. Needless to say I will not be returning or recommending.

   Probably the best acrylic nails I've ever had. Even 4 weeks later, while they're ready for doing again the don't crack or come off. A popular place so you may have to wait a while but well worth the wait

   Absolute joke of a place. Got nails done on Saturday in the space of 4 days one fell off all the polish was chipped and the acrylic was crumbling at the sides. Went in and asked for them to be redone as it had only been 4days. Sat waiting for an hour had them soaked off. Then the owner started to redo them and said I will have to pay again but he will knock 5pound off. So I'd basically pay 70pound for a set of nails that lasted me 4days! Left and will not be returning. STAY CLEAR OF THE PLACE! Edit. I wanted a design which would have cost less than the design I paid for on Saturday so I'm not sure how that is relevant. I wanted a new set as the set which was done on Saturday was all miss shaped uneven and different lengths whilst the acrylic was crumbling at the side of numerous nails. You offered me 5pounds off the set not 50%. And why on earth would I pay for a new set of nails when I only paid you 5days ago for a set which was a mess. I came in to get your mess rectified. As for not paying I said I was more than happy to pay for my toes ... Even tho they was messed up too by your untrained staff member. You wouldn't fix the the ness you made oh Saturday which was paid for so I asked for my money back. Which you wouldn't give me so I stated that the money you owed me for your mess Saturday would cover my toes.

   The nails seem durable however the person doing mine was constantly cutting my fingers to the point they would.not stop bleeding, resulting In my fingers being sore . Aswell as this I asked for a coffin shape style and instead got ignored and got square. Been 3 weeks since I had my nails put on and and 4 of then have popped off, considering I payed 35 pounds for this set the quality is dreadful do not waste your money here, angel nails next to subway Is far better and way more friendly. Avoid at all costs
