Got my toes done today, absolutely awful. Wouldn’t show me properly while i was in there. Looked when I’ve got home after a busy day and there’s no paint on the tip. Will be going back in the morning so they can do a better job. Unable to add a photo for some reason.
Very rude staff member I initially asked for an infil but then showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said he couldn’t do it and I could only have one colour, he then stated he’d have to take off and do ombré “you have to pay more” I told him I was willing to pay more he very abruptly started waving his hands about and stated “No one colour only!” You should perhaps listen to your customers who were willing to pay for a soak off and full new set! Your financial loss - especially as two of you were sat doing nothing!

Lovely experience! I messaged the day before my visit and got a super quick reply. I showed a picture of what I wanted, and they were more than happy to do exactly that—checking in along the way to make sure I was happy with everything. I was seen straight away, and my nails were done quickly and beautifully! The staff were all lovely. It’s cash only (I didn’t know until I got there), but it wasn’t a problem. Great price for the time and quality—I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!
Favourite nail salon in Chester! Been going for a few years and never once had a set of nails I didn't love. Staff are so friendly and co-operative. Always make time to fit you in and well-priced. Clean and tidy every time.
Friend told me to come here as you can make bank transfer instead of cash (informed not today). All I had was gel change. I was going to have pedicure but not a great job with hands and gel still wet. Young gentleman did my nails needs more experience. Another person who might be manger was very rude with no reason why. Had to get the cash, closest cash point post office which charges. If you want something quick and very basic go here but make sure nails clean and you walk out with dry nails.
For the first time, I went today for a pedi, gel manicure, and 10-minute massage. I liked the services, and the gals were kind and talented at both massage and nail care. Next time, I'll return for them without a doubt.
Rihanna Nails Nails is a beautifully decorated and immaculate salon. They are COVID cautious, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. I was very impressed with the skill and artistry. Next time I go, I will try the marbling! Rihanna Nails Nails is the best nail salon I have been to in the city. I will be back:)
I got acrylic infills and paint here. All was going well and the shape was really clean until about 6 hours after leaving the parlour. On two of my nails the paint had peeled off (not been cured properly), bare in mind i did nothing with my hands after my appointment that would make the nails peel. I went back and they corrected them free of charge…Two days after getting my nails done here a further 4 of my nails had peeled off. Not what i expected from the pricier nail salon.
Not a luxury salon but staff are quick and it's reasonably priced with walk in appointments available. Please be aware that they do not clean the toe separators between clients and surfaces are not wiped with antibacterial. No bathroom facilities.
