   Terrible customer services! Need a receptionist! Stood waiting at the front desk for 20mins before walking away. I have used them for many years but going elsewhere. There’s no need to be rude, not ONE staff member looked up to deal with the clients enquiring at the front desk. Phone doesn’t get answered. Either get a receptionist OR an online booking system.

   Good nail technicians need a receptionist though, been ringing for 3 days, no a swer. Will have to go elsewhere. Not happy . I've been going there since it opened and often treat my grandchildren to get their nails done . So totally disappointed with their service.

   What lovely ladies! I turned up on Friday at 4.50pm asking for a full set of acrylic nails (cheeky I know!!) I thought I would be turned away, but I wasn't! Both ladies were so lovely and really friendly! My nails look amazing! I think I've found my new nail salon! Thank you again!

   Been coming here since 2015, always had a good experience, went last Wednesday. Not the same people, guy who did my nails rude snappy, hurt me and cut my hand nails very short did not ask, was rough, kept shouting and talking to his colleagues may be having a bad day but not my fault, nails are sore a week later at corners and toes. When he finished he stormed off and left a colleague to take money and oil nails. The most rude person I have ever paid for a service to. I understand he may be having a bad day but ffs. The whole salon looks and feels different. Brought a friend as I often do, obviously not arsed as they have plenty of customers.. Never going back myself

   By far my favourite nail salon, the staff are lovely + the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The full set of acrylics they did for me have lasted a really long time and look great, I have a habit of destroying nails, so it's really nice to find a place that makes them so durable. I also have to mention how honest the staff are? This isn't a thing I'd normally mention as I generally assume everyone is honest but last time I went I almost paid twice the amount I should have due to my own mistake, I didn't, as one of the young ladies working there literally followed me out to give my money back. Wonderful people. The prices are very reasonable and the precautions they take are necessary and appreciated, yes you get charged a tiny bit more if you come without the nail kit that they provide, this is because they have to provide you with another nail kit. You're literally getting charged for the extra materials that they are giving you in order to keep you safe. If you don't want that small extra charge, no worries, easy fix, just bring your nail kit. Please don't pay too much attention to anyone who may or may not be causing a fuss because of there own mistake. This is a brilliant salon and I very much plan to make it my regular.

   Spike and Mia always do such an amazing job of my acrylic nails and gel. I just wouldn't go anywhere else after all these years. They are the best at what they do and really nice people too. If highly recommend them.
