Grafton Manor hosted my daughter's wedding. Absolutely fantastic day all the staff were first class the food was excellent as was the impressive building and grounds. Everyone had a a great day and the breakfast the next morning was just as good as. A fantastic well run venue I would highly recommend to anyone.
From the moment we stepped foot in Grafton Manor we knew it was where we wanted to get married, the staff really make a difference and we could tell from day 1. Not only that, but the venue is absolutely stunning, the moment my dad saw it all he could say was WOW! On the day itself, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. I asked for Christmas decorations and they really really delivered, it was so magical. Adam made us feel so relaxed throughout and made sure everything ran smoothly. I felt relaxed and in good hands the whole day so I could just enjoy myself and not worry about anything. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our guests had a good time! They also got in on some of the jokes which really made the difference too. Every single of the staff delivered amazing service and went above and beyond. They are a small team, but you honestly cannot tell everything is so polished. We have had so many compliments about how perfectly we chose a venue, how amazing the food was, and how much they loved the staff. Everyone was so impressed with their hotel rooms too, we all didn't want to leave! I really really cannot recommend Grafton Manor enough, they made our wedding day so perfect and unforgettable! Our guests have all said it's the best wedding they've ever been to!
We recently held a surprise 50th birthday party for my mom at Grafton Manor Hotel, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Adam and the entire team went above and beyond—from helping us plan how to surprise mom to making sure the evening ran perfectly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, full of character and charm, and the rooms were just as lovely. Every member of staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the night special. Thanks to the fantastic team at Grafton Manor, we had the perfect celebration and created memories our family will cherish forever. We can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend the hotel for any special occasion.
I stayed there with my partner for 1 night as part of our trip home from Llandudno. The moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The service staff was nothing but AMAZING. They ensured we were well taken care of. The location was great, super quiet as well. The room was so huge! Tall ceilings! The breakfast was nothing short of fabulous. I had the poached eggs with smoked salmon and toast. It was quite heavenly!
We enjoyed two nights at Grafton Manor and would have loved to stay longer. The peaceful setting of the hotel was just what we needed as we had travelled from Scotland for the burial of a dear friend. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Alison’s service at breakfast was very much appreciated- nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast choices were excellent and everything was cooked to perfection. We would recommend to anyone.
Myself and my partner stayed here recently. We stayed in the Garden Suite for our anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were very knowledgable of the building itself. Breakfast was very tasty, with a choice of different eggs. We also had dinner, compliments to the chef! We would definitely stay here again.
Great place to get married , got married there yesterday to a beuitful wife what a stunner she is. the history of grafton Manor is outstanding food and staff is excellent. Will return for your wedding anniversary.
This is a great place. Classy and charming. Stayed in the music room for my 21st wedding anniversary. Would definitely return. The staff were all excellent. The breakfast was as I would expect in a top class hotel and showed good attention to detail. The location was perfect. It was a calm, soothing location, and for a couple it was a dream. We went when the weather was dreary, so on a fine day the charming location would really shine. I did not eat in the restaurant as I could not find a menu online before arriving. Would recommend to family/friends and would love to return.

Their food is delicious, hands down the best potato and leek soup I've ever had, I always put salt on all my food especially soup but I didn't put any on the soup I didn't need it because it's very tasty and the chicken was tender and juicy. Hats off to the chef 100% and the venue itself is stunning and full of history and their chapel is gorgeous all the staff are lovely I would recommend Grafton to anybody I couldn't fault it at all. Adam is fantastic and Stephen is amazing and our waiter for our wedding tasting was also brilliant and so friendly and professional couldn't fault anybody or anything and the homemade bread was delicious
