   ❌❌Avoid this nail salon❌❌ There are better nail salons on the road than this! They make up the prices off the top of there heads I went one week they charged a certain price went in the next time they added 10 pound for the same service and there was no price increases! Went today as it was raining and there was no one in there got charged £30 for just acrylic powder and clear polish should have been £25 max the technician was on his phone scrolling Facebook , ringing people and writing notes in his phone ?? Whilst in the middle of doing my nails and then cut into my finger bad service, high price and they make the price up off the top of there heads

   Took my daughter to get her nails done we both had acrylics and I had shellac toe polish. Our nails were absolutely beautiful very well done. The staff were very friendly and professional would definitely go here again.

   i asked for french tips and they said ok. They gave me them, they didn’t put nothing on top of my natural nail and i am horrified by the mess of a job they have made on my nails. WONT be going there again. Shocking Results

   If I could give this place minus 10 stars then I would. Not only because their nails are terrible but because they overcharge vulnerable old ladies for beauty treatments. I first hand seen them charge £35 for an eyebrow wax and tint which is just appalling!!! Secondly, I had biab on my nails which I wanted removing and then a fresh set of biab on my natural nail. The man did not speak a word of English which made it hard as a customer to communicate what I wanted. He filed my nails so hard my fingers were hurting. My nails were not straight an all different lengths. I asked for an orange colour with glitter on one finger. Instead I got about 12 coats of orange colour which was melting off my fingers and glitter all over every single nail which was scratchy as there was no top coat!! Disgusting service, disgusting nails and they will never ever get my custom. First and last time visiting and I’ll never go back. I had to go to a different salon further away to have this product removed off my fingers

   The worst nail salon in Liverpool, staff are rude, and my nails have never been so brittle since going here -judging by what I’ve read as well I’m not the only one. Will never be going back

   i had about 2 or 3 people swapping around doing my nails and only one of the women was careful with what she was doing, one of the men was filing so aggressively he cut my fingers and i was bleeding (saw this happen to the woman before me as well with the same man). the nails overall looked great, but getting them off was a nightmare. normally bathing them for a bit in acetone would take them straight off (the nails had been on for nearly two months) but after 2 hours of soaking and filing they wouldn’t come off. the next day we tried again and i had my friend try too and we found they had put that much glue on the acrylics had completely fused to my nails. wrecked my nails more than acrylics usually do and i had to grow out the acrylics and cut my nails down to nothing. whilst the nails usually look great when they’re done, i wouldn’t recommend here as it wasn’t worth the hassle.

   They are an ok nail salon. We only use them if we need our nails done last minute. Depending on who does them, you can end up with sore fingers due to too much filing.

   I would give a -5 if I could, this place has an absolutely disgraceful customer service, and I will not be giving them my custom or money ever again, the attitude on the vile staff in there is appalling!! Made my 4 year old daughter and my self feel very uncomfortable, like they say you get what you pay for, but they seriously need to get some people skills, I hope people take note of this and never give them your custom!!!

   Been doing here for about 2 years now, never use to have any problems with my nails. Now i have 3 broken nails all on the same hand and I've had my nails done 2 weeks. This has been re acurring for the past couple of months I've had my nails done, I've had to go back and have one or 2 nails fixed. Bare in mind am only a house keeper who makes beds and polishes tables .shouldn't be happening .
