   PLEASE EVERYONE BE AWARE OF THIS GARAGE AND STAFF. Terrible staff. They lie and they con customers out of their pockets. They took the whole day for my bonnet cable to be replaced. Their mechanic couldn't even do that. Such a simple job. They charged me labour for something which was not fixed. Their mechanic said I need to buy another lock for the bonnet. I called up Nirro. They confirmed they had given me the correct part. I took it to another mechanic the next day. He fixed it in 30mins. Without me buying any additional parts. PLEASE EVERYONE BE AWARE OF THIS GARAGE AND STAFF. I have alot more to say. Just can't be asked to put it in writing. But I will say this. I'm not finished just yet. You may have overcharged me and conned me. Reviews are much more appreciated then your service!!!

   I’ve used them for last 5 years but now their service is gone down hill! They will lie in your face! £40 Labour to replace each head light bulb. £55 Labour to replace brake pads! Failed my MOT. I than went to Halfords and bought the Phillips light bulb for £8.99 and Halfords charged me £5 to install the light bulb.. than went to bably autos just up the road and got break pads changed for £30 (Labour) plus pads. This scam and day light rubbery started since last year after the previous MOT guy left and they got a new guy… well now I always go to bably autos!!!

They even topped up a few extras without any extra charge, which was a nice surprise. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, making the whole process easy and stress-free.    Scam. Wouldn’t go back there again. One of the worst garages I have been to. Did my full service and replaced my spark plugs with them. It’s been less than 2 months and I am having to change my spark plugs again. Went back to them to ask about spark plugs and they told me it was an issue with my car battery and not spark plugs. Took my car to an RAC approved garage who told me my spark plugs were faulty and it was in fact my spark plugs that needed replacing again.

   There's typically only one experienced mechanic who's often occupied with more significant repairs. The remaining staff members are less experienced, so I'd only recommend trusting them with basic tasks like changing headlight bulbs. Keep in mind that their prices are on the higher side, so it's important to negotiate for a fair deal. On the plus side, when it comes to MOT appointments, they're frequently booked, but they do have last-minute slots available, which is a convenient option

   *AVOID* *AVOID* *AVOID* Maybe 1 OF THE WORST GARAGES I WENT TO. WENT TO DO A MOT AND THEY FAILED THE CAR. I TOLD THEM TO REPAIR BUT THEY SAID THEY COULDNT REPAIR THE CAR. I WENT TO ANOTHER GARAGE AND HAD TO GET IT FIXED AND BOUGHT BACK TO THEM TO DO ANOTHER MOT AS I HAVE 14 DAYS TO COME BACK AND THEY FAILED ME AGAIN. SO I DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER MOT GARAGE AND THEY PASSED ME WITH MINOR ADVISORIES. AVOID AT ALL COST IF U WANT TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY!

   I WENT TO do MY CAR MOT……… Their service is really bad they lie a lot. I took my car yesterday and then all of a sudden my car wasn’t starting and then I have to tollway my car is very next morning and my car was absolutely fine when I took it to another garage there wasn’t any problem. I wanted to do my MOT after the guy was so rude and he said my MOT will fail because I have just a little sign. I did explain to him but he was like I will fail your MOT and you go to BM company and tell them that because of this my MOT fail it’s ridiculous. Don’t go they you will waste your time and money without reason. They will damage your car..!!!!! Before you even know.
