   I highly recommend this car mechanic. Tony is your guy! I purchased a used vehicle 2 weeks ago. Heard a concerning noise. Tony fully inspected the vehicle, took it for a test drive and diagnosed the issue.. it is a problem with the electronic differential so it needs a specialists help. Tony did all the inspection work for free and with a smile. Great guy. Excellent service! Thank you, Tony!

   I needed a full service and went to my local mechanic. The guy propably because I was a woman wanted to rip me off by telling me my car was a special one that needed special parts from the dealer. I walked off. Sam Wood was referred by three people from my workplace. No minincing words, he gave me a quote which was way, way reasonable. Booked a date, car serviced, he went beyond my expectations. I will definitely be coming back again. Thanks Sam.

   Unreliable I booked my MOT with them 1 week in advance. Took a day off work so I could get the MOT for my car done. When making a booking he asked me to bring my car in. When I asked if they wanted any of my details he said no. Due to take my car in for the appointment and thought I would give them a call 20mins before hand. Their response- MOT person is ill so cant do your MOT. It was a good thing I called or else it would have been a wasted trip. No real apology. Sounded like he didnt car eon the phone. Did nt suggest alternatives or sign post. Very disappointed.Unprofessional. Unreliable.

   Couldn't rate higher. Tony at Sam Wood was really responsive, trustworthy and very helpful. We took an R reg fiesta in for an MOT having been quoted highly by others. The true price was the cost of the MOT and some new wiper blades. Thanks Tony, you saved us from scrapping the car.
