   I have just taken delivery of my new Howard armchair and footstool. I am delighted. The service, the staff, the whole experience from our visit to Old Boot at Matlock to receiving our lovely new furniture has been amazing. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgable but not at all pushy. They know their product and sell it well. We were kept well informed throughout the whole process, culminating in today's delivery which was on time and very efficient.    Recently ordered a sofa and two chairs from Old Boot after visiting their showroom in Matlock. The delivery was in the time frame promised and Zoe and the delivery company kept us updated regarding date and time of delivery. The delivery guys took great care in unpacking and placing the furniture. We noticed a problem with the feet on the chairs but it was efficiently dealt with, the upholsterer calling to fix the problem within the week. First class service all round! Many thanks Val A

   Can't fault Old Boot sofas. We have had an excellent service, easy and helpful. Bought our sofa online as 'express' item. They contacted to check order and if we wanted free fabric sample to ensure we were happy with it and to inform us of delivery process. The delivery company contacted and kept us updated as to our delivery day and time slot. They unpacked the sofa, checking we were happy before they left. We love our new sofa. Thank you Old Boot!

   We couldn’t be happier with our lovely cuddle chairs and footstool! Just what we were hoping. The customer service from Old Boot was exemplary. From the beautifully presented satchel of leather samples to an easy ordering process. We even had a call to confirm our order and spoke to an actual person - a rarity these days! We then received regular emails explaining what was happening and how the order was progressing. The chairs arrived promptly on the day that was planned AND the delivery men were charming! I highly recommend this company. It just shows what fantastic products and service are available from a small company which cares about its products and customers. I wish all at Old Boot all the luck in the world, they deserve to thrive.
