   Went in for a acrylic infill & a polish for my little girl, we arrived at 10:20, nails were started by 10:30, at 11am I was then left to wait for another nail technician whilst the one who was working on me left to do another customer, I was told it would be 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I was still waiting for my nails to be finished. After a total of 2.5 hours I finally left, without what I had intended to get as I was running short on time after leaving myself plenty because they seem to like to leave there customers sitting waiting instead of finishing one before starting the next. I also think £15 for a 4 year olds nails is quite steep, no apology for the wait, no drinks offered. Won’t be returning after that experience, care more about money in the till than customer service clearly.

   Terrible consumer serivece NOT RECOMMENDED The woman didn't know how to do the nails I asked for, not symmetrical at all. She started arguing with me because I polietly asked for a change in the nail shape, she removed the nail paint (VERY AGRESSIVE BEHABIOUR) when I was getting it done by the other staff memeber NOT RECCOMENDED AT ALL, terrible costumer service and my nails have not been done properly. No professinalism.
