   Having been told by a breakdown organisation that I had mis fuelled my car with petrol they recommended Wrong Fuel Solution. Luke attended and was brilliant as a mechanic and I can’t get close to saying what a good guy he is, but this will give you an idea. On arrival he started pumping my tank out and asked, “are you sure you put petrol in it, it doesn’t sound like petrol to me”. Yes, that’s right, that is how good he was, he could tell by the sound his pump made that it was Diesel not petrol. (Gladwell and Thin Slicing comes to mind). Then, unlike the breakdown organisation, he got my car started and ran diagnostic checks. Already going well beyond his remit he followed me to my garage so I could leave my car there and drove me back home (now 10:30pm). Luke’s diagnosis was a faulty EGR valve and this indeed was the issue. Quite outstanding service – thank you.

   Called Wrong Fuel Solution in the morning, a few hours later Luke arrived and without delay removed the old diesel from the tank on our barge. 400 litres later he left. Excellent value for money, would not hesitate to use him again, highly recommended!
