First lady and man fine, they directed me to the quartz samples. When I was ready for a quite I had full plan of work top, middle island and the utility work tops, but the man sat nearest to the doors point blank refused to even quote, despite our kitchen being a Magnet kitchen. Didn't look at my plan just said that they don't do just work tops. Left me and the woman who worked there quite shocked.
