   Beware - misleading delivery fees. Placed an order last month from Wow Interior's worktop arm (trading under 'Worktop Hub' and/or "HC Supplies"). This included almost £40 for delivery (which was based on providing them full address and postcode). Today received a text asking for an additional £85 due to "delivery postcode/area". Completely misleading to charge customers for delivery and then apply a hidden additional fee at a later date. Consumer protection rules say that delivery fees/zones should be clear at checkout. They certainly were not. Only indication is a vague statement in T&Cs that additional fees may apply for Devon, Cornwall and Scottish Highlands....but we are not in any of them! Have cancelled the order and requested refund in full... MAKE SURE TO PAY VIA PAYPAL so that you get some form of order confirmation and protection - as the company did not send me any email confirmation of the order, and I see this has been flagged in other reviews too.

   Ordered worktops and splash backs. Installation kit did not arrive. Admitted their mistake but would not send kit first class to arrive in time for joiner to install. Spoke to manger who was rude and then hung up. Other suppliers are better and more organised.

   I had ordered a worktop from HC supplies and they then charged an extra £20 to deliver to the capital of Scotland. I then learned it was passed onto another company Id surfaces to deliver. The payment was to wow interiors very confusing indeed. My delivery was delayed 5 times by id surfaces reasons included not arrived, arrived damaged, drivers house was flooded and then someone made a mistake and it will be another 4 days till we can deliver. I think more likely they ran out of reasons to delay it. I then phoned hcsupplies for a refund and was told it will be passed onto there accounts team and would take 2-5 days and this was normal as the person on the call had to wait 2 days after they processed a refund for it to appear on his account(not sure why he would need a refund from the company he works for). So I am waiting a couple of days but looks like I will need to phone the bank for them to chase it. Extremely dodgy and I would highly advise you not to buy anything from this company. Also I seen they challenge some other reviews if you want proof I have emails and phone recordings of all calls to prove this is what happened.

   Cancelled my order after delays on my worktop order and loss of trust due to inconsistencies in conversations & no updates. talking on the phone is like talking to the wall. No confirmation of what was talked about, no follow up and after a month, still no refund. I have written but no response. I will NOT Go Away! I would NOT recommend and advise to steer clear! FYI My order was with HCSupplies but the charge on my card is WOW interiors.

   Been in conversation since I paid and ordered my worktop from Wow Interiors / HC supplies / work top at trade back in December, now 6 months later. After delays in sourcing (original worktop sample was very different to the sample sent through so had to reorder from Turkey). Arranged an installation date and requested I supply another person onsite to help them (fine as it was the plumber to install the taps) , only for them to cancel 1 hour before schedule time and cost me the call out charge for the plumber! They delivered at a later date (again had to pay the plumber to be there to help), on install they delivered a worktop that was the wrong size (even after templating!) blame it one the "other guy" . In addition, all the undersides of the worktops was very mucky even though it was known to be a over hang bar area (see pics) in plain sight. It was a couple of weeks before they replaced the work top at the inconvenience of another template session. I also told them about the underside issue and they confirmed that the underside would be cleaned up. You guessed it, the replacement piece was half hearted cleaning effort and stains can be seen on the over hangs. Been chasing Nicole and her "production team" for weeks to get this fixed and pretty much zero response. I have waited a fair while before publicly sharing my experience with this firm to see if they would remedy the issues but unfortunately for me they haven't. As it stands I would not recommend this firm(s) and avoid the service and workmanship as there are lots of other worktop companies out there who would take similar money but would actually provide you with what you are after without the risk of them messing it up and messing you around for months. Would love a different ending to this review but I genuinely don't think its going to happen anymore. SO disappointed.

   We had two bathrooms to replace and called into the Wow showroom. So happy we did. Seema was really impressive with her knowledge and kept within our budgets, never making us feel pressured in any way. All the products arrived on time, well packaged and correct. Everything was top quality. We also needed a fitter and they had a number of guys that they recommend. We used Reese and his work was brilliant. It’s been a great job and we couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend them.
