   The matt finish doors mark far too easily and are almost impossible to clean, even using Wren’s recommended methods. They look worn with minimal use — totally unfit for a kitchen. Customer service was dismissive. We asked for a site visit and were told to remove and send off a door instead — not practical. Wren seems aware of this issue but takes no real responsibility. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re considering a matt finish.

   I wish we read the Trustpilot reviews before placing an order with Wren. 14 weeks of back and forth to be left (in our opinion) with a substandard final product. We had to have all frontals (32) replaced and as you can see from the photos, this is how some of the doors arrived……. My advice, go elsewhere and save yourself the stress! Customer service is non existent until you really push and then it’s a take it or leave it attitude. 4/7/25 update - fridge staring making a noise when running, turns out it was installed with too little ventilation and has overheated. Now needs replacing under warranty so more inconvenience. And yes, it was fitted by a Wren installer……

   The entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. From browsing instore, to our attentive representative Richard who really went over and above with our sale to ensure the kitchen was perfect. The whole process was so efficient and the customer service was second to none. I would certainly recommend Wren!

   Our Sales Representative went above and beyond to help us get our dream kitchen The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Any queries or concerns we had or unsure on the measurements or look he helped us with viewing kitchens in the showroom as well as showing us the different colours on samples rather than just online to get a true colour match. Nothing was too much trouble. The delivery was as per the notification. I had a delay with one item which was delivered and co-ordinated by the helpful customer service team. I have had no issues with the purchase and delivery from Wren. I did use my own installers so cannot comment on Wrens installations. The kitchen looks beautiful and we are so pleased with it all.    The price and quality has really gone down, this is our second kitchen with Wren, the first one bought a few years was amazing. But this time I will stop recommending. It's just not the right quality for the price (units badly assembled, colours not the same than we ordered or seen on 3d design or the showroom, missed some existing water pipes that broke the design, a LOT of DIY for fitting it...) I would look twice before choosing Wren. NB: don't hope to contact customer service, they never pick up the phone. The sales team can help to replace a missing/broken item that's all.

   From the moment we walked in it was super service with a smile from Athena K at the Doncaster store. She was open and honest about everything and suggested ideas that we hadn’t thought of resulting in a fabulous kitchen that we love! Although of course we already had high expectations after pre viewing it in the virtual reality room. Athena went above and beyond even after closing the sale, always on hand to answer any questions and solve any problems. A credit to your company

   Visits to other kitchen providers had caused confusion and disappointment. I found the standard of customer service poor and choices limited and expensive. This changed when I made contact with Wren. Their initial home visit and assessment was thorough and instilled confidence. Soon after I was invited to the Wren’s Doncaster showroom. The environment is superbly designed with a vast array of products and options perfectly presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were attentive, guiding and supporting in line with my wishes. A bespoke graphic design of my new kitchen was developed through consultation and I was surprised that the price was less than I had anticipated. An installation date was set and my kitchen fitter and electrician visited to discuss and agree the plan. Wren kept me informed of developments and key dates. The detailed pre-planning ensured there were no surprises and the installation went ahead as arranged with minimal disruption which was important as I work from home. Watching my new kitchen take shape was exciting and I was fully updated and consulted throughout the journey. The work surface template visit was well coordinated ensuring no unnecessary delays were experienced and a week later my gleaming new quartz worktops were installed. A few finishing touches and my beautiful new kitchen was finished. Sitting at my new kitchen island I can honestly say that the finished product exceeds my expectations. Everything is high quality and the detail is stunning. I found the entire process seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you Wren, you delivered and then some.

   A lovely experience start to finish. I've booked for the surveyer to come and measure up the day after tomorrow and we're in on Saturday to do the computer bit. The prices look VERY reasonable on the website and easy to assess an approximate price for yourself Lovely lady (Alexandra) greeted me and my granddaughter, she explained things simply and I booked everything with her there and then. Excellent ambassador! There are LOADS of styles and different surfaces vertical and horizontal. We really like the draining board that is part of the worktop. I'd like to say I'd go back but it's not that sort of shop, but I'll definitely be recommending it.
