Walked in at 4pm with no one in the queue and somehow spent the entire appointment waiting. Passed between multiple staff members who clearly weren’t communicating, moved from seat to seat, and repeatedly left sitting around while other walk-ins were seen, paid, and left before me. Hygiene was genuinely concerning — no visible sanitising and the staff member working on my nails had visibly dirty nails themselves. Completely unacceptable. Despite clearly choosing silver, my nails were eventually painted gold, which somehow sums up the whole experience. Unhygienic, poorly managed, and a complete waste of time. Will not be returning.
