   I took the car in for MOT, full service on my BMW 320 diesel. The staffs are very nice helpful fast efficiency and quality work. The price was reasonable as well and the honesty from the MOT engineer Mic was nice thank you.

   Great customer service, good professional relationship and expertise in their role. I took my car somewhere to get it fixed and they dismantled the tires and wheels causing even more noise while driving. I then went to Autocruse and they spotted the issue immediately, re-adjusted the tires and wheels and car became normal. They are the best! I take our cars there for servicing and all. To crown it all, they are pretty affordable.

I also bumped into a friend who uses them and was Happy with their Service. It is a Lovely, Traditional Garage with a lovely 'car smell'. Manager is a Good Guy, and so are the Staff

   Thank you Mickey, Matt and the team. Full Service and MOT carried out with minimal fuss. Great value for money, my car was returned to me in immaculate condition. The pollen filters had to be ordered in and, as promised, took less than 20 minutes to fit this morning! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Autocruse.

   Had done two MOT’s here in the past. Wasn’t a problem since the car had no faults. Decided to go here for a repair based on the reviews, Found the owner and he’s mrs pretty arrogant and proud. Felt as if they only cared about the money. A lot of humble garage owners out here in gravesend. Rather spend my money with them.

   I've been using this garage for about 3 years for my MOT and servicing. This year I'm not able to drive due to an operation on my spine, I contacted them and they've come and collected my car, serviced, MOT and returned it to me, all for a lot less than I was expecting to pay! Some of the "big boys" could learn a thing or two about customer service from this garage. Every member of staff I've ever spoken to has been polite and professional. Once again thanks for the outstanding customer service :-)
