   Waited 2+ years for an appointment (probably more to do with the NHS being underfunded, so will give them the benefit of the doubt on this front). My first and only appointment consisted of me opening up about my years of struggling, to be told to "do yoga" (I already do yoga, I still have depression though lol). Was swiftly written off the list and was never offered a second appointment. I left feeling confused and belittled. What's the saying - tumultuous and prolonged come, easy go? Side note, I live in London now and the services seem to take mental health referrals seriously here - very refreshing!

   My referral was deleted because I didn't receive my letter from them within the 14 day period because of the postal strikes. They then sent a letter to my GP saying I had failed to engage which is totally untrue, this is after I explained what had happened to a staff member on the phone, that it was due to circumstances totally outside my control, she said she would get back to me and never did. I wanted to engage but did not have the chance due to their terrible customer service and not making allowances for postal strikes. Could they not have sent an email? They will be receiving a formal complaint. To think this service is meant to help people all it has done is cause me more stress.

   My CBT therapist has supported me all the way when no one else was there. I have changed my lifestyle while coming here to become better like quitting smoking, starting the gym, taking my anti depressants which have helped me tackle some of the things going on in my head and in my life. It’s not gone away, there are days I still struggle very much and I still have so much more to overcome. I seen all the bad reviews and I’m sorry you had a negative experience, but I just wanted to share my positive experience attending this therapy.

   The phone number provided is not working at all. It is an invalid number!! For people who are desperately in need of help and someone to support them this must be the lets jump off the bridge moment when the line repeatedly keeps going beep beep beep... Coneffinggratulations to this service if you can call this a service at all!

   Terrible service, only see you for 6 sessions then get rid of you even if you no better. They don’t care about you, they just want you discharged ASAP. They don’t have time for you. They only give you 30 minute appointments. Just try to fob you off with have you tried having a warm bath or going for a walk. And telling me instead of self harming, try holding ice. Nonsense!!!! Would give -1000 stars if I could!!!

   They will try and fob you off with cbt, even if you say you don't want cbt. If you're not "better" after 6-8 sessions, well that's too bad
