I’m not sure any words can truly do justice to the help and support I received from Rachel during one of the most turbulent periods of my life, unless you’ve lived through a similar experience yourself. I chose Rachel based on her positive Google reviews, though I admit I was initially quite skeptical. I worried it might be a waste of money, just paying someone to listen, especially after a completely failed attempt at couples therapy with another therapist. At the time, my mind was in complete chaos. I felt emotionally drained in a marriage that wasn’t working, yet I was refusing to accept that reality. I was also going through IVF testing, with results that suggested I might never have children, all while carrying unresolved childhood “baggage” that had left me with very low self-esteem. In the midst of all this darkness, confusion, and lack of hope for the future, Rachel not only helped me bring clarity and order to my thoughts and identify the root causes of my struggles, but she also gave me back a sense of purpose and helped me see life through completely new eyes. For those who are more analytical, like me, I truly appreciated that, beyond her genuine care and compassion, Rachel uses a wide range of tools, strategies, and practical techniques to help you work through your issues. The way her mind works is something I rarely encounter. I don’t often leave reviews, and only do so when I am genuinely amazed. In this case, Rachel deserves every bit of credit and gratitude I can offer. THANK YOU!!!

I’ve had numerous sessions with Rachael over the last year. I found it easy to open up to her and gain valuable insights in how I think. This in turn has really helped me to make some positive changes. I would highly recommend Rachael

Rachael was recommended to me when I was going through a difficult time personally. I cannot believe the transformation Rachael facilitated in me. She is knowledgeable, professional, calm, compassionate yet challenging when necessary. She held a safe space for me to share honestly with vulnerability. She gave me tools and wonderful insights into old behaviour patterns with strategies to challenge myself and move forward in a different space. I loved our sessions and would recommend her with no reservations whatsoever, she is and has a true gift! Thank you!

What a difference Rachel made. It felt like my world fell apart in January and everything felt dark. I have two kids and I was struggling to keep it together. I reached out to Rachel as I knew I needed support navigating through what I had become aware of. Both my wife and I went in , trusting the process and being an open book (super important to drop any barriers, trust the process, and be open) Rachel's place felt inviting and is a safe place. Sometimes we went through general feelings in that day, that week etc, other times went through various tools, techniques/practices to understand ourselves, each other and life more generally. I truly feel so much stronger, resilient and ready from our time with Rachel. My wife and I are in a much brighter place because of this process. Fully appreciating that "If" we had decided to go our separate ways then this would have been through a well informed decision by both knowing ourselves more (rather than something knee jerk etc) There is so much to learn about yourself and each other if you trust the process and be open. Rachel is such a lovely person and conversation could go almost anywhere. We had tears but also shared laughter at appropriate moments! I hope anyone reading this finds it useful and I wish you all the very best whatever you're going through. Chris

Rachael has been fantastic, she has both listened and asked the right questions to get me to really think about the things I think and feel. She's helped me both to see myself and others more clearly, which has helped me move past some traumas and my anxiety. It's given me a much clearer idea of the future I want and I couldn't be more thankful for her help.

She was great. I had no idea what I wanted to achieve and felt that I needed to know the problem before we could find the answers and this put me off going to a therapist for some time. Rachael was amazing, she helped identify the issues very early on and gave me tools to work on the areas I needed help with. I came out from this as a different person, more the person I wanted to be and the person those that I care about see and not the awful person I thought I was. Thank you for helping me get back my confidence and helping me to see that I am a good person and I should like myself. Thank you

I originally visited Rachael with my ex partner to see if we could save our relationship. After the original consultation she explained the process clearly and informed us the amount of sessions it could take. Rachel helped us understand that it was better we go our separate ways, we could have just kept on going but she made us have the hard conversation which help me greatly. I then asked to work on myself, Rachel put me at ease from the first meeting and gave me advice and tools that I am going to use continually.

Rachael is an excellent listener and instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She offers helpful advice that provides clarity and perspective on difficult life situations. Having seen other counsellors and not making the progress I wanted I was a little sceptical but Rachael’s approach enabled me to gain an understanding of my personality and why I had arrived to the way I was feeling. I know I have some work to do still but I now have the tools and insight to question my beliefs. I would highly recommend Rachael, I feel so much better in myself than I thought would be possible.
