   Really amazed by how the team at Ideal have performed with my Kitchen project from the initial contact, to planning and the installation. Any snags or issues were dealt with and unforeseen delays updated and re arranged without any fuss. The quality of the workmanship really is top notch. My kitchen is my favourite space and have to say I’ve not seen a better finished product anywhere else. Give Steve n Mike a call, I’m sure you too will be impressed.

   Ideal Home Improvements – a proper local business. We called in speculatively on route to see another bathroom supplier. As soon as we outlined our thoughts to Steve (the business owner) he was more than thorough in his approach with us. His combination of vast experience and up to date product knowledge helped us find the solution we needed. The price was competitive and the quality of goods excellent. However, whereas all of these things are fine what really makes a business stand out, is the aftersales service. When we needed additional help, Steve went the extra mile and provided it. This type of support only comes from a local business that cares about its customers. The continued attention after the sale was completed made it all worthwhile dealing with this brilliant Rotherham company that you can put your trust in. Thank you Steve!

   We had a new and bathroom from Ideal . The quality of the fittings and electrical appliances, which were supplied by some obscure Italian firm, are poor. We had to replace the oven, hob and fridge-freezer within 5 years.

   The workmanship carried out was satisfactory but this was after a number of delayed start dates - acceptable as this was the end of 2020 and understandable with corona virus. Communication throughout the job was ok but it could have been better although it is one of those things you sort of expect with a building company. My main issues is the lack of communication and effort after the completion of my bathroom. The company needed to finish a small snagging list. The work was completed over 6 months ago now and, from their own inspection of the work, it was agreed that some jobs were outstanding and needed to be completed. I have called the office and spoken to both who own the company to be told 'it is being dealt with'. My phone calls now go unanswered and voicemails aren't returned. I have now decided to sort the issue myself rather than waiting any longer for them to tell me 'it is being dealt with'.

   Just purchased a kitchen and appliances for my sons house, and it looks fantastic. As a tradesman, I've worked in and around home improvements for over 30yrs. I've been involved in buying and supplying kitchens for around 20yrs and understand the benefits of choosing a quality product. The design software is excellent, showing you and your customer exactly what the finished job will look like .We chose the colour of the fridge freezer, from the different pictures Michael produced for us to compare the finished look. He is always happy to help, so thanks for that. The overall quality was excellent as always, with a service and price to match! I would recommend Ideal Home Improvements to anyone looking for supply only products, including a full range of appliances to suit your budget. Thanks again to all the team

   Absolute joke of a company. We used these as we were planning a big job at home and didn't want to be dealing with all different trades men. We were having rear extension, internal wall took out and completely new bathroom/toilet/kitchen and fitted bedrooms The initial planning and in particular design of kitchen was very impressive but as soon as they got their deposit and commencement fees it all went downhill. They turned up when they could be bothered and kept leaving to do other jobs. The work over ran by 3 months and was of very poor quality. When we went to complain, Steve the owner said he'd come and have a look but never bothered. This left us with no choice but to seek help from a solicitor at again another hefty cost to us! A year down the line and the work is still not finished to a satisfactory level. I would avoid this company at all costs 14 months down the line and the job still isn’t finished to any kind of satisfactory standard despite me taking legal action at a cost of over £800 and visiting the shop every other week for answers. Since we’ve had these problems we’ve also come across other people who have suffered the same level of service
