   An amazing therapist! I've spent a good few hours being treated by Sylvan over the past few weeks. He knows his stuff! I always feel comfortable, well looked after and never ever rushed. I said today I wanted to clone him and have him living with us , he's that good! He's helping me with next & back issues, piriformis issues and a bulging disc. Highly recommend!

   I would highly recommend Rich Therapies @ Dunham Forest Golf and Country Club. I’ve been going to years now and have seen most of the therapists over the years. All the Rich Wizards are amazingly talented, highlights including Sylvan saving my sanity in managing and relieving my pain during a burst disc episode. Mira and Jae using their individual specialist skills of massage and reflexology to cure me of different episodes of migraines that had gone on for weeks. Roanne with her soothing treatments which help with my mental health and finally a shout out to Donnella and her massages that keep me far more flexible than I deserve.

   After ten plus years of pain I decided to finally do something about it, I booked in with Rich Therapies and I definitely chose well. Sylvan is really welcoming and put me at ease straight away. He gave me movement in both my neck and back after only one session. I've booked in for my next one and have already pasees his details on to a friend.
