I would highly recommend this dental practice. Very friendly and efficient staff! I was in and out within no time. Paige always calls when there’s an earlier appointment available. She’s brilliant.
Today, I had two dental extractions and I arrived at Damira Ruislip in a state of anxiety. My dentist is Shemailah Rathore and I cannot adequately commend her skill and professionalism. However, above all, she is immeasurably kind, patient, caring and wholly reassuring. The procedure was unbelievably swift and painless and I was pleasantly surprised at Shemailah's dexterity and ongoing concern for my wellbeing. I was given very explicit details about my aftercare, both verbally and in writing. I also thank the attending dental nurse who is also kind and thoughtful. My sincere thanks to Shemailah for allaying my fears. Outstanding service and customer care. Excellent, thank you.
The dentist Balvinder Vedi was exceptionally well mannered and professional. Was very happy with his approach to the patient (me). Explained everything in detail and did not scare me by saying that your dental health is very bad and will get worse if i don’t take good care. So i am very happy by this particular dentist.
My mother is very anxious and scared of dental treatments. But Dr Krishani Kalyan had been absolutely brilliant and treated my mom with kindness and removed her tooth with extreme care. Receptionist was also helpful in filling out the medical form. Happy with the entire service.
So my husband went to this practice as he had a severe toothache he was seen and given antibiotics cost ££ and then sent to a practice in Northwood 5 days later still with severe pain he saw another dentist and charged another £400 and more antibiotics, then he was told to see another dentist a week later and it was going to cost several thousand pounds to have his tooth removed he did not wait for the week as he went to another dentist and it was sorted immediately all I can say is these practices are more interested in money than patient care
The dentists are great hardworking people however they now seem to be more interested in doing private and cosmetic services than doing regular NHS work. They also no longer scale and polish your teeth themselves like they did a few years back, you need a separate hygienist appointment. I am no longer a member of this practice but was for years, and they certainly were much better in previous years. Kind and caring, but not amazingly efficient.
Had a check up and treatment done with dr Rashid. He is very kind and professional. I've seen a lot of dentists over the years but this experience was definitely a positive one. Lady at reception was also very nice and reassuring despite being extremely busy! The whole experience from the booking, through my initial consultation and the treatment was very good.
Relatively new patient. I would like to commend the team here. The receptionists are very helpful and polite. Just had some treatment which was carried out in a very professional manner. The dentist even offered to clean my teeth too! Great service.
