   Absolutely appalling, they’ve taken me off their register just because I haven’t been to them for 2 years. It’s become a money making business. I asked why I was taken off the answer to that was my NHS relapsed whatever on earth that means. I’ve been with sweetcroft since 2007 and all my family are still registered there. They’ve turned around and said to me they are over the capacity, so basically I’ve been replaced without my knowledge and no prior communication. My husband pays private for a hygienist every month. I’m absolutely disappointed and hope no one gets treated the way I have been treated here. We are just going downhill as a country and as people who only care about numbers and not the patients. Such a shame!

   First visit to this dentist, having a major fear of the dentist, something I had put off for a very long time. The quick and attentive service I received from the reception team was already 1st class. I had my appointment with Dr Syed he was absolutely brilliant and so very calming, informative but most of all reassuring. Would highly recommend him if you’re a nervous patient.

   I’d never had fillings before so was apprehensive before my appointment. However Dr Suneeta Dhokia was incredible, she was so gentle, quick and made the whole experience so pleasant! It was great seeing her work efficiently with her nurse Fatana, they were both so warm and friendly which put me at ease. Didn’t feel a thing, would definitely go back again and recommend her to friends & family

   Absolutely awesome!! I have visited this practise a few times of late and have to complement both reception staff and dentists for their professionalism. My dentist Suneeta Dhokia, has given 5 star treatment- she listens, talks you through every step and invites you to ask any questions. Made me feel at ease and I can tell that she loves her job and cares for her patients.

   Absolutely brilliant, I've been coming here for years and now my children come here too. Dr Rajaratnam was so good and patient with my 3 children. Not rushed at all, took time with my sons nerves when he was worried about the injection. Very accommodating, professional and really friendly. Definitely should be 5*.
