From the initial consultation to the final fitting and composite bonding, Dr Lachanni showed total attention to detail. He explained each step clearly, checking progress carefully, and making small adjustments that made a big difference. Friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome.    Practise is very nice, clean and modern with various tv screens whilst you sit and have work completed. We found parking on residential roads free of charge. Hygienist was a young chap with good communication and advice. Very polite young man- no complaints on him. Was a speedy service vs. Other locations I’ve visited for hygienist work. Price point is similar to other locations in the area. Didn’t enjoy / appreciate the receptionist not removing the already pre-paid deposit amount from the bill. When I asked she said she leaves it on there as deposit for the next appointment despite not having a next appointment nor her asking if we wanted to book one.

   I LOVE GOING TO MY DENTIST! Since joining Gerrards Cross Dentist, I really do look forward to my visits. I used to feel self conscious about my smile, but since Dr Lachhani guided me through my Invisalign journey, that’s changed for the better. I love to smile now. Which is life changing in its own way. Whenever I hear people feeling anxious about dentistry, I will always suggest going to GX Dentist. My fiancé change his dentist to join this practise as I was coming home so pleased with my experience each time. I’m more confident to laugh & smile as my dental health is better than ever. All the staff are kind & patient. Their personable approach makes me feel so comfortable & welcome. Plus, you’re given the TV remote for the ceiling, when you’re in the chair. I highly recommend Gerrards Cross Dentist as they have improved my entire perspective around dental care. Thank you to the whole team!

   All the staff was very friendly. The dental surgery was extremely nice. Dr. Lachani was gentle, very honest and I can say he is one of the best dentist I ever had in my life. The charges are very reasonable and I will not hesitate to recommend anyone. I live in London N3 area and I travelled to Gerrard Cross because I wanted very honest dentist and I got it. It was worth the long travel journey.

   It was an amazing experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. The clinic itself is spacious and clean. Rushil was gentleman and throughout my treatment he made sure that I was comfortable. He took his time and did not rush. One of the things which I would like to mention is that he advised me against some of the dental procedures which I had in my mind even though it would have brought him the business. Hats off to the honesty. This place is highly recommended!!

   My starting position is that I had gone 15 years without seeing a dentist… I was recommended to see Dr Shah, who immediately put me at ease - she explains what, why and how she is doing something - she is extremely efficient, always concerned at patient comfort, I’ve had checkups, cleaning, my first ever filling and whitening, all without any problems - the team from Velanny on reception to Dr Shah are polite, professional and accommodating and always friendly, the Ceiling mounted TV is also a great distraction and even get ‘recommendations’ as to what to watch!! Brilliant all round service, thank you

   Came here for my wisdom tooth removal. Staff were very helpful and welcoming - make you feel at ease if you are nervous or anxious as I was. Rushil explained and talked me through the whole process making sure I wasn’t in any pain. All in all a great experience and provided me with aftercare instructions and items, felt really well looked after.
