I had my implants in 2020 and it's the best thing I have ever done. The whole thing was plain sailing, the staff are wonderful. I now have yearly maintenance visits and am still treated with friendliness and professionalism. No need to go abroad when this wonderful place is on our doorstep.

I had an upper jaw replacement seven years ago. It was an amazingly good experience and the care and maintenance since then has been up to the very high standard set then It is a life changing and very positive.

Having had problems with my teeth for a long time I decided to save up and take the plunge and have full dental implants. I researched the market and found Evodental to be very competitive. I have not doubted my decision throughout the process. The initial assessment was carried out extremely professionally and was followed up by a very professional write up with recommendations. Once I decided to go ahead with the procedure, I have been very impressed with the care, the nursing, the admin and the communications. The procedure is very daunting, but the care I received throughout has been second to none. The dentists and nurses are very capable but also friendly and remember you each time even though they must see lots of people. I would highly recommend Evodental for your dental implants.

EvilDental-ONE-DAY-SMILE? MORE LIKE 3-YEARS OF TRAUMA Imagine paying £9,900.00 for dental implants and being fitted with a series of ill-fitting prostheses over an unacceptably long 3-year period. Unable to bite into an apple or chew a simple vegetable salad. Your diet is at times limited to liquids or soft foods and having to manage pain and discomfort with painkillers and infections with antibiotics. Stress, sleepless nights and anxiety followed by hair loss and being diagnosed with eustachian-tube-dysfunction (blocked eardrums) are all a result of this traumatic period. What I have endured, was at times unbearable. Unfortunately, this review is long but so too was the inadequate series of treatments provided at Evodental. WARNING: Please read, my experience could become yours. In March 2018 my final prosthesis fit was handmade. The fit was good, and I was able to chew without pain and discomfort. Unfortunately, the colour match was too white and not the natural colour I had requested. Dr Vlad-Petru Furca agreed and confirmed that it would be changed. When the correct colour was fitted, I instantly noticed and mentioned to Dr Vlad how much bulkier and more synthetic it felt, more like the provisional fitted at the beginning of the process. On wearing this new prosthesis, I was unable to chew my foods, constantly biting my lip and jaw. Food was being trapped under my top lip and I had a constant pressure of my gums being squeezed. Dr Vlad insisted that the specification of the new prothesis was the same as the original bar colour. Following a series of unsuccessful fittings and adjustments with Dr Vlad my appointment eventually moved to Dr Rudi Mukherjee. With no success in December 2019, Dr Rudi finally admitted that EvoDental did change the specification of the new prosthesis provided and that I would have to make a compromise. Exhausted by this long process I tried to compromise. I learnt that the new prosthesis fitted was digitally made and was being produced from a machine making them cheaper to produce but bulkier, inflexible and not comparable to the original handmade one which was thinner and sharper and felt more natural. Frustrated by the lack of progress, in May 2020, I followed the EvoDental complaints procedure and made a formal complaint to Steve O’Brien. He was non-responsive, and no action was taken review. Complaints to Chrysalis Finance the credit provider also fell short. By September 2020 following more adjustments and ill-fitting prosthesis I suffered from severe painful infection. I made the decision that I could no longer continue treatments with Evodental. I expressed to Dr Rudi that I would be seeking compensation from the Shawbrook Bank to complete my treatment with another dental practice. He instantly issued me with an AMA (against medical advice) in this document he claimed that I used profanity and made the staff feel uncomfortable. This is all untrue. My decision to challenge EvoDental by officially complaining put Dr Rudi on the defensive. He made false claims against me in order to discredit my character, therefore, to distract me from the poor-quality service and cheaper machine-made prosthesis I was given. The personal data I requested and was supplied by Evodental consisted of documentations videos and recording of my appointments. There was no evidence to support that I used any profanity or that I made the staff feel uncomfortable. I have always been courteous with all the staff. Had EvoDental had any integrity, they would not have tried to blindside me by giving me a cheaper product in hope that I would not notice the difference but have shown some empathy and remade the original handmade prosthesis with the correct colour as agreed. This pain and distress could have been avoided. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fantastic company with a incredibly talented team. Dr Stuart, Dr Vijay and the rest of the amazing team are incredible people. They will look after you from start to finish. It's been almost 2 years since my procedure. Its the best thing I ever did. You get so used to the teeth and they feel like your own. At first, it takes a little getting used to but after a little while and once you have got used to them they feel like your very own. The are constantly evolving and becoming really good at what they do. They do it really well because this is what they do day in day out and not waste time with the day-to-day dentistry. Yes, it isn't cheap BUT trust me it isn't expensive either compared to any other dental practice out there. If you can figure out how to pay for it, it's worth every penny. I went through many months of exploring different options. I got quotes from other practices and all wanted to go down the route of sinus lift and bone-grafts due to my severe lack of bone. This made the procedure much more scary and unpredictable for me. I also considered going abroad as I had a contact in Turkey who after almost £6,000 discount was willing to do it for just under the Evo price. But I am glad I didn't go down this route as I do not want to be forever travelling abroad for every check-up or when something doesn't feel right. And trust me I had a few issues that needed attention and I am glad I was here in the UK for Evo to take care of it. It's hard enough for a full-time employed person to make time in the day to try and go here in the UK let alone abroad. Ofcourse the financial part of it was a huge factor in decision making, but most of the other quotes I had were over £6,000 more than Evo. One thing they all had in common is that the entire procedure was itemised from every tooth extraction to every implant, sinus lift and the bone grafting. By the time you sum up all of these it actually becomes more expensive than Evo. For example, the extractions depending on how many teeth you have can cost you anywhere upto £1,000. Then most practices charge just around £1,000 per implant. Some advertise implants for £699 which i've seen but I asked about them they say those prices are for single implant and crown solution's not for full jaw. Evo place how every many implants they think is best for you. For me it was a total of 10 and I believe in most cases it is 10 (6 on the upper and 4 on the lower). So from another practice 10 implants itself will be over £10,000 plus the extractions. Plus at least over £2k per prosthesis, plus the bone grafting and sinus lifting procedures. All of these things add up and you best hope there is no surprises because then the quote you get can change. And not to mention that majority of other practices do NOT have an in-house Lab. The Lab at Evo is fantastic. I was given a tour around the facility and it is state-of-the-art. Thank you Evo Dental
